Chapter 8 for Toxic-a-Holic Alternate Episode is finally out on comic-walker, so I decided to translate my favourite part!

(Sorry for not including the full pages; I wanted to focus on the panels with Cyan specifically)

TokiHoli has only released two short stories so far (Supporter's and Hemlock's) and I've thoroughly enjoyed them.

As someone still learning how to read Japanese, I really appreciate how easy(?) they are to read/plug into Google Translate when I don't understand something. I like the writing style a lot.

Whoever wrote/is writing/are writing the short stories is doing a really good job on them.

Fun little thing I noticed while rereading the Toxic-a-Holic Alternate Episode manga.

In the magazine release, the furigana for Hibari's family name has a misprint and says "Kaibai"

But in the volume release, the furigana was changed to say "Kaihai" instead

I hope that the short stories are related to the dokubutsu danshi's past specifically, but I'm a bit doubtful. That being said, I'm pretty excited for them!

I'm assuming that the staff are hard at work on doing the Rescue Ethyl arc, so I can't wait for when it comes out (:

Finally got around to making my card. I'll be participating this year in Art Fight again! I'll probably be focusing more on revenges or otherwise be doing rough/uncoloured sketches.

If you draw any of my self-ships (especially my Tox//ic-a-Ho/l/ic one), I'll try to prioritize revenging you!

Toki/Holi Casual Outfit

The original text used "表" (which can mean "surface", "appearance", "public", etc.) and "裏" (which can mean "opposite", "reverse", "inside", etc.).

I decided to go with "front" and "back" to make the text fit inside the box, but it can also be interpreted as "public"/"private", "outside"/"inside", etc.

I was finally able to finish Lunaliya's Toxic-a-Holic design! (Just in time for Art Fight lol)

I plan on making an alt outfit ref for her in which it's the exact same outfit as Supporter's/Hibari's. Then hopefully I can do other outfits like fan party (1 and 2), casual, and TokiHoli Gakuen (because I really like that AU)

Toxic-a-Holic June 2026 Livestream Round-up!

Starting with the big news: Yohira and Ethyl!

Yohira's first short story detailing the bond developed between Yohira and the Branch Chief will be released on 16th June. The second part, showing their farewell, will be released on 23rd June.

In Ethyl's case, we'll be moving on to the Ethyl Rescue arc!

Additional PR Extra Episodes have been confirmed too.

Yohira is voiced by Junta Terashima who you may know as Tao Kinouchi from 18Trip, Takeru Taiga from Idolmaster: SideM, Hisoka Mikage from A3!, or of course any of his other projects.

Ethyl is voiced by Kikunosuke Toya who you may know as Denji from Chainsaw Man, Nayuki Kitakata from 18Trip, or, again, of course any of his other projects.

Some more merch has been announced, including An and Hemlock's character songs merch which will finally be released to the fanclub.

1.5 Anniversary goods sale has started, including Glitter Can Badge Sets and hair ties. These are also available to purchase on the official store, no fanclub id required.

Toxic-a-Holic 1st Live Mirage has been announced. It will take place on the 31st January 2027 with two performances, day and night. It will take place at Nissho Hall.

Short stories from the past will be released over Summer 2026, including An before his memory loss, Hemlock's feelings towards the mentor he executed, and what led Ergot to adopt his current beliefs.

TokiHoli masks will be available via the website! Three lucky winners who post photos of themselves wearing the cosplay masks using the tag in the image will be randomly selected to receive a TokiHoli SD sticker!

If you're not familiar with Japanese, consult a hiragana chart. The ゜ and ゛ characters change a specific kana to a different one (ex. し (shi) becomes じ (ji) and ひ (hi) becomes ぴ (pi))

Extra hint: the password is a flower
