Life is short. Break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably and never regret anything that made you smile.

What does perfect mean to you?
I found some who answered this question somewhere else. I wanted to share them with you. You are more than welcome to answer the question - your meaning is just as important!Â
They say practice makes a man perfect. The doctors do medical practice all their life. The lawyers do legal practice all their life. Do they ever become perfect?
I think nothing is actually perfect, but everything put together makes something which is perfect: the universe.
Perfect to me is a goodnight hug and kiss from my granddaughter. That means all is well with her.
I think being perfect is being yourself. Don't let other people bring you down. I mean, I'm 13 with a pink, orange and green Mohawk and I have safety pins and chains on my jeans and I always get dirty looks on the streets - I carry myself with confidence, knowing that as long as think I'm perfect, I am.
“Perfect”
Today a lot of young people want to be “perfect”. What does it mean to be perfect? Why do people want to be perfect? Why is there only one word to describe it?
Perfect means you’re flawless and complete. Nothing can be better than it already is. It contains all the requisite parts.Â
We want to be perfect be because we want to be accepted. We don’t think we’re good enough for the world. The society learned us to believe that being thin, long legs, thigh gap, flat stomach etc. was the ideal body look. You would be perfect if you looked like that. People began starving themselves and it ended up with anorexia, bulimia and other diseases.Â
Now a days it’s okay to look like what ever you want to. Being normal is boring. It’s okay to be different. Being different is the new normal. It’s even okay to be gay and dress however you want to. Honestly, I don’t think it is helping that much. It’s just making young people confused. We need to stop making norms and “how to look ...” because it’s not healthy for anyone. What ever the society tells us, there will always be people who wants something else. We can’t change that.Â
I wrote that it was okay to look like what ever you want to. Well, that’s not a 100% true - because people will always judge and 2015 is all about that big booty, being fit and healthy. If you does not look like a healthy person, people will judge. You can be overweight and still be healthy! Of course it’s not healthy being overweight - don’t get me wrong, you can be overweight and still be living a healthy lifestyle. That does not make you any unhealthier than a thin person. Thin people can be very unhealthy but not able to gain weight because their bodies are built in a different way - which is so unfair. We just got to accept ourselves.
Don’t compare you to anyone because being perfect is that you’re yourself. You are already perfect. Nobody should change you - not even the society’s unhealthy norms. There’s only one word that can describe all of us, and that is perfect - we’re all perfect in our own ways. Those freckles, crooked teeth, short legs, big or small nose, big or small eyes - all those imperfections makes YOU perfect!
