After posting on some topics I find meaningful and interesting on my Awareness through Eating page yesterday, I was inspired to write and create an audio companion on some of the points I brought up on the food items I shared news on. Only this was from the perspective of social conditioning I experienced in the local food chain that impacted local business and food availability. This perspective is from the viewpoint of a background as a Food and Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager for some local Canadian Hotel Chains, and a partner in an organic wholesale food company.
