08: ST Lower Body Workout
THERE, LAST WORKOUT OF THE WEEK IN! 💪💪💪
My period also started today, which, good timing! I’ll just bleed out as I rest tomorrow and hopefully the flow will be less on monday. On perhaps a not so good note, because of my period starting, I was really fatigued so I ate more. I don’t mind, to be honest, it’s best to take care of my body and fuel it. (brown bread + salmon > 1slice brown bread + cheese slice > cup of greek yoghurt > thai soup + whole bunch of spinach + 6 meat balls) It’s interesting to feel how eating food really wakes me up actually!
URRR, BUT IN THE EVENING WE HAD POTATO SALAD, WHICH MADE ME SWEAT A LITTLE;;; Gahh, I really hope it won’t melt anything back on =___=
ANYWAY, I went out near midnight cause my mom was doing things outside! Tonight I did ‘Lower Body Workout with Kelli and Daniel - 40 Minute At Home Butt and Thigh Workout’. I think I lifted 8kg in each hand?
This was fun! Actually I just like strength training a bunch overall? I was breathing hard, but not as erratic like with cardio. A lot more controlled. It’s kind of fun to match inhale/exhale with the motions.
felt a bit nervous about how my knees popped... I suppose that’s because I locked out, didn’t move back fast enough.
I think I might’ve done some things a bit wrong though... Like, with the side lunges it’s probably not good that I stayed bent over the entire time? It put the weight on my back, but I couldn’t help it because the dumbells got in the way. Perhaps I should give Kelli’s way a shot the next time, but it seemed to be taxing on the biceps to me.
mmm, I have not much to say beyond that. I liked this one, really! Also lol...mam caught me; she came knocking saying something about the ISS passing in the sky? I wonder if it’s a fib just to find out what I’m doing outside at this hour, but no matter! It’s alright if she knows.
About my body: I’m definitely losing fat in the external obliques area, in the waist on the sides? There’s some reduction on my arms, more noticeable on my right arm. A little on the back of my calves and forearms as well.
