131204 EXO 30 Day Challenge Day 2: Your bias from EXO-M
Hmmm… Never really thought about this before. But if I needa choose, it gotta be Lay. At first glance, he just seem to be the ‘quiet one’ or the ‘boring one’… However, you will soon find yourself being either amused or surprised by an unexpected side of him. Be it his quirky personality, his good manners or his unique sense of humour. :))) Furthermore, he seems to be able to do anything & everything! From dancing, singing, rapping to playing the piano/guitar.
The thing that impresses me the most is the way he expresses his thoughts & feelings! He’s a really good speaker! His speech during award ceremonies is always the one that I anticipate the most. Somehow, he has the charm as well as ability to draw all of your attention towards him when he speaks. Its truly amazing. There’s this line that he once said on a Chinese award ceremony whereby he is thanking fans for the award. Honestly, I was expecting the typical, cliche speech. But he left me speechless by ending his speech with ‘感动, 感慨, 感激, 感谢’. That’s a really unique way of expressing his heartfelt thanks to fans… A simple translation would be ‘touching, relieved, grateful & thankful’. His sincere thoughts & feelings all wonderfully conveyed to fans in those 8 chinese characters. Short, simple & sweet. As the saying goes, ‘Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.’ It really left a great impression on me… I even used those phrases in exams as well as in thank-you letters…LOLS I ought to credit him…hahas…
Moreover, he seems to be a really hardworking person. One who believes in hard work, not shortcuts. I dunno why but out of 12 of them, Lay always stands out to me as the most respectful, kind, hardworking, innocent & pure one. Am I the only one that feel that way? Do you too?
Overall, he just seem to be a really simple guy. Putting his utmost effort in whatever he is currently doing so as to not leave behind any room for regrets in the future. I admire him for this.

After watching ep 2 of Go Fighting, I felt the strong urge to dig out this antique...DEC 2013?!?! But anyway yeah, upon reading this in 2015, it certainly reaffirmed my admiration towards Lay for the principles he upholds. Always gotcha back!!
