It's interesting how the first Hell Guard has her own symbol but the Hell Guard itself goes by another one and this includes the jinki-nullifying jinki that was presumably created by Ophelia but looking closer probably weren't.
Why is that symbol on the cuffs and not the spherical one? Yes, the HG outfits contain parts of Ophelia's symbol but it feels like a second person, who had to have been on Apostle "gifted by the Gods" level as well, appeared and pushed Ophelia to the side, at least when it comes to the HG's enduring legacy.
In essence, the cuffs prove that we have at least one other person who had apostle like abilities for them to create the HG equipments which endure to this day similar to the Watchhman items.
