Sometimes I get tired of holding my tongue. People come in work complaining we aren't doing this right or we never do that right. It's always about "convenience for the customer" but what about US? Are we not human? Do we not deserve the same amount of respect? Not all of us are golden no but not all of us are horrible either. Retail employees are not the people you unload on because you're miserable in your life or because you've had a bad day. I couldn't dream of walking into someone else's place of business and making a complete fool of myself in public. People just have no shame.

I Don't Need New Friends

I don't want new friends. I've come to this conclusion time and time again. The new ones just don't get it like the "old" ones. Hanging out isn't the same, partying isn't the same, whatever it is, it just isn't right. They've got their own group of friends they already care about. It's too late in the game to make new investments. I'll just keep up with my "Oldies But Goldies". They're my ride or dies, my go to source of all things unknown. At Work Yesterday

So i’m at work right? Just minding my business behind the counter and a customer requests a phone we have locked up on the shelf. I go and unlock the phone, carry it to the desk, and proceed to check the phone out. About midway through the scan, I coughed and the man looks at me and says, “Oh, you’re sick?”

Well, good thing I didn’t need a doctor for that diagnosis. XD But no sir, I am not contagious, it’s simply harvest season, my allergies are full swing.
