i need to just get this off my chest. tonight i was working a concert event and i went to the bathroom and i heard ruckus in the other stall and i realized it was a mother and her grown son who was clearly very disabled physically and mentally (which is why the mother was in the stall with him) and they were insulting eachother and the mother was berating the son saying he humiliated her and just general awful shit and the son was calling her a bitch and i was literally trying not to die laughing because it literally sounded like a dialogue from a john waters movie down to the phrasing the mother was using and the tone of voice. it was obviously very disturbing and not something i would like to experience again but oh my god it was so female trouble pink flamingos esque. i think exhaustion has finally corroded my brain
