When youāre sick of seeing something.
Every time I open up my tumblr thereās #jensenakles or something to do with #supernatural the tv show on my feed. #tumblr says itās in my orbit, yet I donāt follow the show and want NOTHING around do with it. Itās so bad that Iām actually to the point where Iām blocking pages so I can see the content I DO want. Smdh.
Does anyone else have these kinds of issues?

A week before Christmas @sudsandsuchva (a company that Iāve mentioned before) who sells goatās milk products got in contact with me. Ironically, we ended up having a long conversation, & having a lot in common personally! Many of those things being close to the heart; none of which Iāll discuss.
That discussion led to them asking me if I was willing to try anymore of their products after I was unable to handle their Amazon Lilly fragrance lotion. Wellā¦ to be honestā¦ I was super curious to try several of their products, but super afraid to. They kindly gifted me $50 in anything I was interested in their store to try out!
When when I got the package I thought about immediately posting about it, then wondered if I should wait until I had at least tried some of the amazing goodies they sent to me for awhileā¦
I decided Iāve come to a comprise between the two; show off my awesome gift, share about them, then when Iāve given them a good trying out post about each one!
The first set of products Iād like to talk about is the lotions & face cream:
I received:
ā¢ Two full-size goatās milk lotions:
ā¢ Dreamcicle: a moderate strength orange cream scent.
ā¢ Desert Ghost flower: also moderate strength in scent. Itās kind of floral kind of fruity in a weird way, but I like it.
-Soothing Serenity Face Cream:
A goatās milk based light weight cream that has various anti-redness extracts to soothe skin. (Iām hoping this turns out to be liquid gold as Iāve not had a chance to try due to being sick over the holidays.
3 goatās milk lotion samples:
ā¢ Peppermint: this one is actually very strongly scented (the company uses essential oils, so itās understandable that the peppermint one is strong). I havenāt had a chance to use it yet, if Iām honest. But my but my mom did; turns out that the oils in this lotion are a GREAT ASSET for people with joint issues like carpal tunnel, etc. I ended up giving my sample to her because itās so much more gentle than the blue gels bought in store, or the hot/cold creams.
ā¢ Coconut: another scent I havenāt had the opportunity to open yet but one that Iām really excited to try as, coconut is one of my favorite scents and flavors!
ā¢ Desert Ghost flower: I accidentally requested this one. I spent like 5 hours on the site trying to figure out what I wanted, accidentally doubled up on my lotion here. š¤¦š¼āāļø

The next item is a goats milk based sunscreen. Called āNatureās Choice Sunscreen SPF 45+ā That happened to come in full-size and is scentless. (Personally I wouldnāt be against coconut scent myself). Itās SPF 45+ and you apply it right out of the bottle!
Itās super easy to apply and isnāt yacht or anything which is something I love.
I get micro-blisters when Iām in direct sunlight or heat, as well as being in/or around something my body perceived as an irritant. Much like a very rare version of eczema that usually is only seen on peopleās hand and forearms. Instead, I get them on my back, arms, and chest. My skin turns violently purple and I burn. Iāve not found a sunscreen thatās been able to protect me before, during & after. My hope is this does! Photo below! šš»

The soaps I received are in the photo below, all save oneāCitrus Splash which Iām currently using and almost out of. To see all products I received, see my first photo!
ā¢ Citrus Splash: This is the compliment to the dreamcicle lotion. It actually does smell very much like a dreamcicle. Itās vibrant, light & exhilarating! There are bits of oats, as well as orange zest in the soap which gives it a nice buffing feel when you use it on your skin. The soap itself is silky smooth, lathers super quick, so a little goes a VERY long way. Iām actually almost out of this bar sadly.
I canāt believe how quick it went; I started using it on 12/14/18, Iāve not used it every day, & itās almost gone. I will admit that to keep it longer I kept it out of water contact, on a wire rack where air can circulate around it. That was a bit shocking, that Iāll be out so soon! š
ā¢ Spiced Pear: this is a soap I havenāt used yet, but the smell is warm and invited with all the smells of thanksgiving! If youāve had cider, then you easily imagine exactly what this smells like!
ā¢ 2 Raspberry Vanilla soaps: I got two of these because Iām a big fan of raspberry! However, I was really surprised at how subtle the smell is of this particular soap. If youāre looking for something that isnāt very strong, then this is the soap for you!
ā¢ Lemongrass: usually when you hear lemongrass, you hear verbena right after it. This didnāt and I love the smell of lemongrass! This is another vibrant citrusy soap that I canāt wait to try!

Speaking of soaps if I had the money at the time, I probably would have added their Moroccan Vanilla soap to the set because the picture and description just looks absolutely luscious!
I KNOW for a FACT that when these soaps are gone I will WITHOUT A DOUBT be making a purchase from them!
I cannot explain just how RELIEVING it is to take a shower for several days in a row & NOT have a Myoclonic seizure because of something I used to wash with! Or that my skin didnāt start turning red & developing little micro water blisters because of some micro-irritant I came in contact with.
That I donāt have to slam the hot water off until thereās nothing but freezing to shock my system, then BOLT for Benedryl.
At one point I actually broke down and CRIED to my mother after the 1st 7 days, wondering if the other shoe will drop!

Classico Organic Pasta Sauce Review
Thanks to @classico_sauce & @influenster for sending me this complimentary jar of organic pasta sauce to try with my family! Tonight we tried deconstructed meatballs & spaghettiāa twist on @classico_sauce spaghetti & meatball recipe.
On top of the ingredients we had:
- 1lb 90% ground angus beef.
- 1 jar of #classico organic pasta sauce.
- minced garlic.
- greek seasonings.
- onion powder.
- cayenne pepper.
- Himalayan pink salt
- spaghetti pasta.
Now I let the sauce simmer on low for twenty minutes before getting the pasta water boiling, and the noodles cooking. That gives the sauce a good 40 minutes total to simmer before dinner is done.
Pic 4 is the final product of my @classico_sauce & @influenster complementary pasta sauce meal in the making! I made the sauce way too hot due to distraction, but we still went for seconds and thirds!
Would we purchase @classico_sauce sauce again? Absolutely! We canāt wait to have another #Classico night! I like that thereās no chemical aftertaste, and that no one in my family has a reaction of their tongue burning because of stuff being put on the tomatoes to make them brighter and redder longer. Everything is true to what it should be. Taste as it should. Canāt wait to try the other flavors!

@lauragellerbeauty Baked Gelato Illuminating Highlighter in āDiamond Dustā Review
I know that this is a highlighter but itās so pretty that I couldnāt help myself and had to try it out on my eyes! Iāve actually done it on my face and it works wonderfully, but I was so curious as to what it would do with itās amazing prismatic colors!
So last night I yanked out my makeup put my foundation on, powder and everything else... then used a precision wet brush to base this out on my right eye.
Have to admit that I was super surprised that the gelato Illuminator went on pinky-rosƩ on my eye when everywhere else it goes on a more white-lavender color.
Anyway, I ended up using it as a base and highlighted the color with a pinky-bronze to make it show up better.
I LOVE THIS STUFF! I wish I could get my hands on the other colors the @lauragellerbeauty has because theyāre just as amazing! I was fortunate enough to get to see and try them while visiting @ultabeauty on Monday. The full-size ones are really big too, so it will take ages to run out if youāre curious.
Absolutely worth four āļø & does double duty!

@nyxcosmetics-blog Liquid Suede Metallic Lipstick Review
I was gifted this by my little sister for Christmas in āAcmeā.
Itās a bright strawberry metallic red.
Iāll be perfectly honest itās considered one of three dupes for another more expensive brand.
When I applied this a second time on a different day, making sure that my lips were flat, dry, & clean... the product went on very smoothly, without a hitch!
Altogether, I wore the once applied shade for over six hours without issue. It took me using a makeup wipe to get it off.
The price is great at $7 per unit... you canāt complain there, and is always recommend this to anyone! Now Iām curious if the entire line is the same formula!
Overall, itās a keeper! A shade that Iāll be purchasing when I run out!

I canāt sleep because my stomach & back hurt horribly so Vishous is doing is #battlebuddy job & snuggling with me at 3:30 this morning.
The big dude always snuggles just under my chin & will slam his š¾ against my š± because thereās nothing he hates MORE than my phone. He flips it out of my hands, bites at it, or will play battle with his front š¾ in order to cover it up. Anything to hide it!

Have you ever dreamt of a lipstick?
Well if you havenāt, I hope you never find a color that that invades your psyche like this color has invaded mine. š¤¦š¼āāļø
I have dreamt about this color. Like seriously woke up dreaming about this color, waxed poetic about this color to my bff @saidcourt who I think might have been driven mad this last year from it. š¤·š¼āāļø whatās sad... I blame it all on her for even showing it to me! Because now, Iām always on the hunt for similar colors every time someone comes out with something new!
Then again I love my reds... BUT... very rarely does anyone make a true Gryffindor red!

The 1st thing I noticed was how potent the smell is, so make sure if you order, that you get something that you know youāll love because the smell doesnāt wash off after 3/4 washes.

The lotion itself however is silky smooth & soft! I didnāt want to run to wash it off out of fear of a seizure which was a dream. However I did end up washing the rose scented lotion off because it was just too strong.

Review of Suave Double Dutch Apple Kids Detangling Spray
Suave Kids Detangling Spray in Double Dutch Apple does exactly what it says it does with a few drawbacks that can be worked around. The majority of those drawbacks are that it weighs down hair, & gets your hair feeling oily fairly quickly.
To circumvent that, one has to use it sparingly, & wash frequently.
The price isnāt too bad either. Sometimes I can get it for just over a dollar or so if I need to purchase a bottle. I used to use this back when my hair was down to my hips, thick and curly. Now itās just down to my hips. .
I am not sure if this is safe for CurlyGirl type hair but if anyone is interested I have no problem finding out for you. .

If youāre like my family and have curly hair (mine is fried from health reasons and Iām searching for ways to recharge it) then you know itās very easy to turn it into a frizz-ball, waves, or lay limply straight.

Turns out besides staying hydrated and healthy... your haircare regimen is VITAL to everything your hair does!
Read on if your hair products have:
-Sulfates (also known as SLS/ALS)
-Parabens
-Non-water soluble silicones
-Alcohols
-Fragrances

Unsurprisingly, these same ingredients (no matter how far down the list) can be problematic in skin care for those with skin sensitivity issues. Iāve had things suggested to me by well-meaning associates from @ultabeauty and @sephora (and even a few others) only to get home and have an immediate issue be it either my hair, skin or both.
A good example would be my 2L bottle of @Haskhair shampoo & conditioner which is sitting in my shower window almost full. It wouldnāt wash my hair, made my curls go flat, then at wash 3 of 4 I started experiencing skin issues. After wash 4 I stopped having the nerve to wash with it.
With Black Friday, plus Cyber Monday sales upon us and so many options for consumers, I thought it would be a good warning for my followers to always be aware of the ingredients in the haircare, skincare and cosmetics you buy.
For the last 3 weeks my mom & have been going to @torridfashion 1 day a week & spending anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours there trying to find her outfits for my eldest nieceās wedding (happening tomorrow).

To be honest weāve probably looked at 100 different outfits, not counting other stores weāve been to, or outfits weāve ordered online & immediately sent back!

The manager/assistant manager + everyone who works at the @torridfashion Goodyear, AZ location couldnāt be more wonderful people! They were patient with us, funny, EXTREMELY HELPFUL! So on the ball I couldnāt keep my head straight! The woman who I took to be the manager pretty much knows me by face (Iāve been living in this store since it opened) & she knows just about everything in the store! She even found bomber jackets for my littlest sister who is a junior size! This woman rocks! I know I wonāt come into the store without bringing her a coffee or something next time!

@torridfashion you need to give her a raise or a promotion, but donāt take her away from my store! Iāll miss her too much! (Even if I can only shop during the big sales!)

My Covergirl TruNaked Smoky Kit Palette was a birthday gift from a friend. Being someone who loves metallics I was uber excited to get into this and give it a try! Unfortunately just barely touching the shadows in the palette with a brush caused the powders to start moving as if I was digging into them or if they were quicksand. When that happened, I decided to swatch them first on my arm, before trying them on my eyelids. It took several attempts with my brush to get any color to pop off my skin with any of the colors. I had to go back anywhere from 2-5 times to actually get full coverage in the lines I drew. Which never happens in the shadows I typically buy. I did attempt them on my eyelid to see if it was a fluke, but the majority acted more like a shimmer or topper more than anything. I wouldn't recommend this palette unless you want some low cost dark shimmer toppers to go with your makeup supply, and I can't say that they'd work well.
