Also bought some extra Forest Doll jointed cartoon hands for him on a hunch they might work 🥹 I’m so glad they fit

First faceup of 2023 - Soom Jethro, who was previously named Bastian and barely had a concept, is being redesigned into a new character named Kuo.

Over the holidays I’ve gotten my hands on an airbrush and a portable indoor spray booth. This was my first attempt with the airbrush/sealing with something that isn’t MSC and I love the results! Clothes/eyes/wig are on the way, and I’m going to try airbrushing his fantasy parts next!

💫 I’m trying to figure out how to hybrid my culur Oliver head. It’s such an unusual in between size, the neck hole is too small to fit comfortably on an MSD body (it’s on a dollzone body here). It works decently from an anatomy perspective, but to fit the head correctly I’m thinking a 1/5 sized body?? I can’t find any 1/5 to 1/4 comparisons and I’m afraid the head would look too big… 🫠 fidhdhdjdkdk

Lumé’s new faceup! Not 100% pleased with it, but I think it comes down to needing to upgrade my really scraggly faceup brushes >_> it’s worlds better than what he had before though, which was probably my 3rd or 4th faceup attempt ever, complete with messed up lashes from being stuffed into bags for travel for years.

I hope I can get some more practice in before it gets too cold 🥹
