Hello rotumblr! I’m a trainer from unova currently studying to be a Pokémon researcher/professor!

He/they 21 years old

I completed the Alolan trials and Unovan gym challenge, and I often travel between the two regions

My (Main) Pokémon :

Hydra- male hydreigon lvl 62

Yiga- male golisopod lvl 62

I have more from various journeys that I love and take care of, but these are the main six I tend to keep with me every day, though this doesn’t include my house/other Pokémon 😅

Sorry it’s been a while, I’ve been working at a trainer school and life got away from me, but I’m still working towards becoming a ghost type gym leader! Or atleast being an officially licensed ghost type specialist

Plush is still loving her costumes but I need to see more for her, and I’ve been helping new trainers learn about all pokemon and thier relation to eachother (but mainly ghost types especially)

Just because I’m deatigmatizong ghost type pokemon doesn’t make them any more safe than other WILD pokemon or UNTRAINED pokemon. Please be cautious around any wild or freshly caught pokemon, it puts unnecessary harm towards you, the pokemon, and the rangers that have to come save you

Unfortunately english sources are hard to find, partly because Google's a shithole, but also because this textile project comes from a German museum, in Germany, where people tend to speak (and publish) in German. That said, the original link is to a short-but-sweet article I would have had no problem finding in 30 seconds a mere few years ago. fortunately i have clever beautiful insane people following me, but alas not everyone has such luxury. thanks to everyone in the notes who shoved themselves down this rabbithole with me!

Then do it. It'll be harder for sure, but you can do it.

"I want to be a pokemon trainer and travel the world but I'm an older person"

Then do it. it's never too late to pick up pokemon training, you're never to old to learn a new skill.

"I want to go on my Pokemon journey but I have a disability"

You can still do it. It'll be different, and in many cases harder, but it can be done- hell, your pokemon might even be able to help you.

"I want to go on a Pokemon journey but I don't want to go alone."

Then bring friends with you- or make friends. There's groups now on swablusky I saw just the other day for matching up with other trainers in your experience range to travel together.

"I want to go on a Pokemon journey but I don't have a rival."

You don't need one. If you have that kind of self-motivation to carry yourself further, you don't NEED a rival.

Pokemon training, pokemon journeys, pokemon contests, all of these things are for everyone. Your experience might be different or harder or strange to someone else. But that doesn't mean it's any less than anyone else's. If you're thinking about taking that step into the world of pokemon companionship? Do it. This is your sign to give it a try.

If you’re in unova I can help, I’m not a priest but i deal with a lot of ghost types. I don’t know how it got into your house but it’s actually harmless to adults! Psyduck however may be in some trouble. Drifblim more feed on smaller pokemon or drifloon and are also aerial filter feeders. It either came in with the draft or was close by and thought one of your smaller pokemon was prey-

I get my own building to do what I want with AND all the random trainers who wanna battle be on my way to casteliacone will finally have an outlet
