Name's Ellernate... Or just "Nate" for short. It's nicer to say, no? Haha! :) My friends have been on this place for a while now... I didn't really see the appeal of this at first but! If Traps and Caleb are doing it, I might as well tag along!

- He'd been concerned for the past 39 minutes. Usually, he could hear his lovers moving from the basement. And sure, iTrapped was out for the day, but he hadn't heard Ellernate in a while.

So he simply stopped the project he was currectly working on and left his lab. He looked like an absolute mess and sleep deprived but his appearance was the last thing he was worrying about now.

He made his way towards Ellernate's bedroom and hesitated. Maybe the other was asleep. But, still, his worry was stronger.

He knocked on the door three times.

"... My ruby? Are you awake?"

- @your-guy-caleb244 [[ i fear i'll get absolutely jumped and forget to send the ask later so i'm doing it now before i go to sleep🥹🥹 ]]

-> There was no response, just the sound of the vampire mumbling to himself while... Laughing? Crying? It was... Unfortunately kind of hard to tell, it seems like Nate was purposefully trying to make himself quiet. -> The door shifted slightly when the other knocked. Odd, why was the door unlocked? Normally someone like Nate would lock his door if he wanted privacy or some space to himself, but given his current state of being... -> It made sense he'd forget.

- Caleb hesitated. Again. As slowly and quietly as possible, he opened the door, just enough to peek in.

"My Love...?"

- He just looked around the bedroom. Well, the small space he could see. He didn't want to intrude in his beloved's safe space too suddenly and without warning.

"Are you okay?"

- The concern in his voice was pretty uncharacteristic. He usually spoke in a deadpan tone.

-> The vampire was curled up near the side of his bed, dressed down in boxers and a shirt that seemed just a little too big for him, his scarred up hands gripping the handle of that damn sword. -> From what could be seen of his room it seemed like... It was a mess. Nate usually ALWAYS kept his room as clean as he could, putting things where they belonged, folding up his clothing neatly and storing them away. But it seemed like the vampire didn't have the energy to do it this time. -> And yes, the poor vampire was crying, crying in a way that... Made it sound like he was laughing.

- Caleb opened the door more, his shoulders tensing at the sight of his lover in such a distressed state. He stepped in, closed the door behind himself, and quietly made his way towards his beloved.

"Ruby..."

- He got on the bed. His hands hovered for a moment. Gently, he rubbed the vampire's arm. He was still afraid of being too sudden and scaring the other.

"Come here, Love..."

-> A low, startled sound escaped the vampire before he relaxed, his head lazily tilting towards his lover. His hands squeezed the sword's handle tighter before loosening, the blade eventually slipping from his grasp. -> He leaned towards his boyfriend and went limp, his tail weakly moving back and forth on the bed. He didn't say anything, just made little sounds towards the other.

· He gave his lover a little smirk, before going back to kissing his face. When he pulled back, his lipstick was already smudged and mostly faded.
