Ooc: so this is The Batman Who Laughs but if he was way more powerful for reasons you don't need to know. He's on a mission to hunt as many Jasons as possible and @rip-jason-todd was the first.

Although Jason is still alive through unknown means and will come back when this Joker is defeated (it's been half a year people come on)
