My land lord literally said nose goes on literally all of the cosmetic keeping up of the house we’re renting. He makes us do the whole lawn and wouldn’t repair all of this shit inside that we had to fix. He literally lied to us and had us pressure wash the driveway and side walks. If he asked us to paint the house I might ask him to kill himself.

#how much time and money and effort have I spent repairing a house that I have zero stake in #I’m literally trying to buy a house because in 8 years I have not had ONE good rental situation
