Some characters from a fantasy horror story I’m writing! I’d like to publish it as a visual novel or something… someday… hopefully.

This is an attempt at developing the ~Fantasy Tree Religion~ that I’ve had in my head since I was like 14. I have so much cosmic deity lore that needs realizing…

Currently working on a short horror story about twin sisters. I’ve rediscovered my love of writing and I’m trying to inject more story into the art that I make! I have so many OCs swimming around in my brain, but I always get too nervous to share them!!!! It’s time I squash that fear, haha.

Here they are! Daphne and Adrienne.

Daphne is a regular person enjoying decent success in her life. She is 28 years old, works at a local salon, is a beloved member of her community, and enjoys TV dramas and 2010s emo rock. Chicken Parmesan is her favourite food.

Adrienne is her estranged twin sister. She is a bitter, jealous, and newly unemployed loser with a raging inferiority complex that manifests in angry outbursts. She left home due to conflicts with her family at age 18. She had also stopped talking to Daphne altogether, until now.

Here’s a little snippet from the opening paragraph, tee hee.

“I lost the lottery long before I was born. We split from the same embryo, yet everything about me was all wrong. Same genes, same blood, same face, but I had the addition of predestined failure that she did not. She was born blessed just like I was born disconnected from the rest of the human populus. It’s almost as if she’d siphoned all the good out of me in the womb, just to rub it in my face as we grew up. Even now. I had to do something…”

ive really been trying to figure out what to do about my whole au thing because i am always bouncing it around in my head but idk what to put it into. ill admit a lot of why i havent been on tumblr lately is cause i just havent been drawing lmao cause it frustrates me and i know im much better at writing than drawing. but i do LIKE drawing ! so yknow. whatever. ill just post whenever i do draw. and who knows, maybe i *will* genuinely rewrite all of twilight according to my au. ive had ideas of how id do it anyway...
