June 5th - Mr. Sinister

Mr. Sinister is an Proto-Mutant who has been obsessed with the Mutant genome and pushing the boundaries of the evolution of the X-gene so to ensure that Mutants become the dominant species on earth. Sinister was transformed by Apocalypse into an ageless being possessing telepathy, telekinesis, and the ability to manipulate and alter the molecules of his own form. Leading The Marauders, Mr. Sinister has led a bloody campaign of survival of the fittest, culling out those Mutants he viewed as weak and unworthy so to guide evolution into producing increasingly stronger and more power generations of Mutants. His actions have put Mr. Sinister in regular conflict with The X-Men , X-Factor, Cable and The Secret Warriors. Mr. Sinister first appeared in Uncanny X-Men Vol. 1 #213.
