OH MY GOD EXACTLY!! Like I saw a fic that was hermione x sirius and I was like 😀 bro what? Because she was literally a child all the time they knew each other and he was literally like 30+ which is just straight up weird. Also the entirety of dramione (the bane of my existence) physically wouldn’t work because Draco literally called her slurs all the time while they were at hogwarts.
