Sunday Morning Banana Pancakes

Banana Pancakes: 1 banana 1 egg dash of cinnamon ¼ tsp baking powder Optionally: chopped nuts, dates, 3 Tbsp oats Blend banana and egg, add cinnamon and baking powder. Mix and fry on a non-stick pan, about 2 minutes on one side and an additional minute on the other. Serve topped with peanut butter, honey, pecans and dates.
