For the last episode of Death in Paradise (which I hope is not for a very long time), I want every main actor drinking, dancing, and having fun at Catherine's bar at the end. There's a moment where Camille looks to the side, raises her glass with a soft smile, and Richard's ghost, sitting in the corner, raises his cup of tea back to her. Then it cuts to Harry at the shack before panning up to the sunset. Cue credits and tears.

It's just the image isn't it, of Count Binface winning the by-election. All these MPs in Parliament wearing their fancy suits and amongst them there's this dude in a cape with a bin for a head.

“i feel like i have no purpose” You are not a fixed entity. You do not have one grand, singular, constant purpose. As long as you have genuine intent behind your actions, everything you do serves a purpose. As long as you are truly present, you notice that everything contributes to a greater whole. You do not need to dedicate yourself endlessly to one practice to achieve a purpose; allow yourself to oscillate freely between them all. Experiment. You are not one dimensional: treat yourself as such.

Brain fog is not an adequate descriptor, actually. Fog can be kinda nice and beautiful and ethereal and refreshing. The thing we’re describing is more like a brain BOG; everything moves slow like you’re wading through water, it’s clunky and heavy and you keep getting stuck in the mud. It’s uncomfortable and inconvenient and everything takes so much effort. You lost a shoe, probably.
