10 pieces of advice to give yourself at the age of 20
At the age of 11, you learned that perfection does not always mean a flat tummy and a thigh gap. Go on and eat that second piece of cookie that you crave so much.
At the age of 12, you learned that just because you call her “mom” and him as “dad,” it doesn’t mean they inherently know how to be that. Also, suicide poison is not the cure for everything, it’s not a cure at all.
At the age of 13, you learned the difference between giving up and taking a rest. You might have given it your all but not make it. Remember to disregard everything that comes after but.
At the age of 14, you learned that standing up for everyone else does not mean that all of them will stand up for you when you need someone. Not one of them would be the first one to defend you, that spot is reserved for your name.
At the age of 15, you learned that people rarely mean what they say even if as a writer, you deem each and every word important. Learn to know the voices that speak sincerity and the voices that are just trying to get into your pants.
At the age of 16, you learned that letting go of people that only brings toxicity in your life is never a crime. Thinking about your own peace of mind does not make you selfish. Neither does placing yourself above that last number on your priority list.
At the age of 17, you learned that giving yourself to everyone willing could only lead to one thing: your own’s deterioration. Dear, you are more precious than someone who can’t even look into your eyes in the morning.
At the age of 18, you learned that loving and accepting yourself are two different things. Placing yourself in situations you are well aware of your self distraction is never loving yourself.
At the age of 19, you learned that lovers are not the only ones that can break your heart. People stay and go for a reason. Remember to treasure the rightful ones that life allowed to stay.
You’re 20 now and life has never been what you expected and planned it to be and that’s possibly the greatest thing that can happen into your life. You’re a writer but life writes with you, know when to let it leave significant marks and know when your own pen should be the one doing so.

No words. They surely know how to make people’s jaw drop.
Reading City of Heavenly Fire and I’m at the part where Jace and Clary are off having a sexy time and Simon and Izzy making out. My heart’s going out for Alec though, “taking watch” because seriously, how awkward must he feel. 😂😂😂
SCREW YOU CW
I’ve never been this heartbroken over an episode! I was so excited for the episode 15 of Legends and then I end up crying so much I barely understood the end of the episode. I MEAN SERIOUSLY, IT STARTED SO DAMN GOOD! The whole pointing the cold gun at Sara and the hesitation in his eyes. GAH! It was so obvious! It was so damn obvious that he liked her! He liked her for a long time and gah! WHY DID THEY KILL HIM OFF?!
I know that this is because of the new contract deal and stuff. But I just really wished he stayed as a series regular. Captain Canary made this show so much more bearable. Like seriously. The whole Kendra/Ray thing was too forced. I mean, they were cute before they got in a relationship but it happened too fast. And the fact that they almost always lose and there’s no teamwork in this group and shit. I continued watching this because of Sara’s so feisty and awesome and then Snart’s lines and then there’s Captain Canary and their natural chemistry and then BAM! AND NOW IT’S GONE! GONE!
GOD DAMN IT IMMA GO WALLOW IN SELF PITY I JUST GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Hell yeeeee
Who is exciting for tonight Captain Canary Legends of tomorrow episode?????
BARRY’S STUCK. I got a theory why.
Sooooooooooo Barry’s stuck in the speedforce. So since I’ve read/heard somewhere that Barry IS the speedforce and that he’s the lightning that hit him and everyone else, then I think Barry is at war with himself.
He’s in an argument with Barry and Flash. Barry’s a sweet guy, he’s all about the justice system and he’s too adorable for his own good. When Barry is Flash, he gets all confident and cute and cocky (sometimes). But he’s so sure of himself. He’s so assured that he’ll beat the bad guys and dive head first into the battle and ends up getting impaled. And we have to admit, he’s a different guy when he dons the red suit.
And then our adorably nerdy Barry. I think he’s worried. He’s worried that the particle accelerator can’t be contained again and that it’ll affect everyone again. But I think he’s more concerned that he really can’t beat Zoom. See, that’s the problem with our main man. It’s why he’s too obsessed with becoming faster. And with Zoom harnessing his previous speed, he’s worried that if he’s Flash again, he doesn’t have enough speed to beat him. Even when everyone’s lives are at stake. C’mon guys, he’s still human.
We’ve seem Barry afraid in season 1, haven’t we? And at the start of this season. He’s always afraid. When you’re the guy who always won in the beginning, with the upper hand with all the other baddies, it’s scary when you end up facing a villain you can’t beat.
SO I’m guessing that Barry eventually finds peace in himself. He’ll realize that losing is a part of the heroics. And that he can beat Zoom. Or maybe he sees his mom in the speedforce. I mean, it’s always his mom right? Then he’ll think of a way to get out in that daze of his and save the day. He did come back from Kara’s earth without Team Flash’s help. And then he’ll make an awesome appearance in Central City. Like just in time before Zoom creates an Apocalypse.
And as for Jessie and Wally, they’ll discover their powers. But not in this season. Like in season 3. And they’ll be Kid Flash or Impulse and Jessie Quick. And Team Flash will be Speedsters. Yep, I’m looking forward for them being heroes, just not looking forward for more speedsters.
And Caitlin. “YOU HAVE A DARKNESS IN YOU, JUST LIKE KILLER FROST.” UGH! Fricking foreshadow! I still don’t want Cait to be Killer Frost. She’s too awesome for that. Although I have to admit Killer Frost was pretty cool. No pun intended.
And Henry saying his mom’s maiden name is Garrick. So my thoughts on the guy in the iron mask? He’s Henry. And he’s the real Flash in Earth 1. Seeing the actor playing Henry playing Flash again would be awesome. OR. It’s another Jay and he’s like related to Barry and like, with some weird family background again. Like he’s Barry’s uncle or something and Henry never knew that his mother had another kid or maybe his mom’s sister did or something. I mean, that would explain it.
