Originally I was going to make this for personal use only but figured someone else would want this as well. @squaretable-sims said he was ok with me posting edits of his work as long as there's credit due, so here I am. More details and download below.
There's a few differences from the original neighborhood, mostly fixes from the documented bug list:
I changed the cherry blossom trees back to the original willow tree color because it didn't have seasonal states.
Added a kitchen sink to the BFF house and a fire alarm.
Changed the plate glass window frames in the Spencer-Kim-Lewis house to white (although in my end only a couple of them had a different color than white. Probably has to do with the fact I have CEP installed? Let me know if the issue persists)
Fixed the chimney issue in the Oakenstead lot, also moved some things around to resemble the original house more.
I abstained from making any more changes because I plan to make my own version of the hood (which again, was thought for personal use) using Square's as a base.
I also took the time (not a lot really) to make a subhood version.

From The Sims 4 to The Sims 2, after many burnout breaks and a couple semesters later, Willow Creek is ready for you to enjoy.
I think there's everything - scripted events, memories, storytelling pictures, skills, jobs, relationships, etc. - that I could think of. Since this is the first release, consider yourself a tester? I'll be releasing updates based off feedback.

The Spencer-Kim-Lewis Family
Okay, here's the breakdown: Dennis Kim and Lydia Spencer had a daughter named Alice Spencer-Kim, then divorced. Alice married Eric Lewis and had her own little girl, Olivia Kim-Lewis. They live with Alice's dad (Dennis, remember?) and Eric's mom, Vivian Lewis. Hey, no one ever said family was easy!
The Goth Family
The Goths are an aristocratic family with a dreary aura. Between Mortimer writing macabre stories and Bella's mysterious disappearances will Cassandra grow up to be gloomy, too? And what's up with Alexander, who turned out to be a prodigy overnight?
Like the original Willow Creek made by @squaretable-sims, this neighborhood got 4 playable families, 12 residential lots (3 empty) and 10 community lots (5 + 1 extra from Willow Creek and 3 + 1 empty lot from Magnolia Promenade). Terrain made by @welasko of course.

PHEWWWWW, I've been working on this for nearly a year!!! Making custom neighborhoods is TOUGH, mad respect for those who pull out neighborhoods like a bakery - I could never! But I really wanted to make my version of Willow Creek for my own timeline save file, I even went and made a version of this neighborhood without the Goths but that's for personal use as it's pretty outdated - if there's enough demand, I might post it for you guys.
If you have the game in any other language other than English, chances are that the names will get randomized! To fix this, use this mod.
Also!! Keep in mind this neighborhood is based off the 2025 update, so all houses are not the same as BG release.

today i have 4t2 conversions of some hairs from @daylifesims ‘s winx hair set. these all come in 5 EA colours, are animated and are for teen to elder females. the bloom hair also comes in 5 custom colours and the aisha and flora hairs come in 6 custom colours
I've purchased the ENTIRE The Sims 3 Store to archive and I'm sharing it with you all! Everything included comes only from the store. Nothing has been decrapified and doesn't require store fixes. What you're getting is legitimate content as if you purchased it yourself.
The intention is to backup and archive the store items before the store inevitably shuts down. EA hasn't hinted at it's closure yet, but it won't last forever.
There's a few benefits of using legitimate store content over decrapified. You can install creations that use store content without having to decrapify them first. You also don't need store fixes. Everything works as EA intended.
Enjoy thousands of CAS and Build/Buy content, 11 new Worlds, and lots of new gameplay!
Disclaimer
Due to the DRM on the EA App version, this unfortunately will ONLY work on the Steam and disk versions (on the latest patch 1.67) of the game.
The EA App in some way is able to detect if you own the content or not. Luckily, this is not the case with the Steam and disk versions.
Keep in mind, if you're using the disk version, you MUST be on the latest patch which you can get using The Sims 3 Patch Downloader.
If you have the EA App version, HERE is an alternative you can use created by @nausallien. It's similar to mine, but decrapified.

Installation
Before you install, make sure to backup your The Sims 3 folder located in "Documents/Electronic Arts". You cannot install this into your existing folder. You have a start with a fresh new The Sims 3 folder.
Backup your The Sims 3 folder in "Documents/Electronic Arts" either by renaming or moving it.
Open my ZIP file and extract The Sims 3 folder where your original one was in "Documents/Electronic Arts".
You're done! That's it. Next time you launch your game, the Store Content will be there!
Once it's installed, you can go back to your backup and copy over your Mods, Saves, Screenshots, etc. to the new folder. Keep in mind, you will have to adjust your in-game settings again.
CAUTION
Do NOT modify the DCCache folder as this will cause issues. Also, I recommend not installing content through the launcher as it can make the game more unstable. Stick to package files if you can.
If you have Store Fixes installed, you MUST remove them as they will conflict with the official Store Content.

If you play the game on the EA App, download the EA App version. If you play the game on Steam or disk on patch 1.67, download the Steam version.

Hi! So for the long time I've been using veronavillequiltingbee's Personal Wants Tree mod and I've pondered "could I ever make a Wants Tree of my own - without breaking them?" I've never actually tried too much because I wasn't too much tech savvy to mess with that kind of files, but then I saw Riftwalker's Wants Trees and saw a commenter want to combine that mod with Fewer Hobby Wants, so I said "why not?" and got to work reading tutorials and the like. Gladly, I ended up with a Wants Tree that I loved and also learnt a thing or two in the process!
This Want Tree file includes the following:
Riftwalker's Wants Tree
Go Steady Want for Adults and Elders*
Fixed Break Up Want for Teens, Adults and Elders; both for Steady and Marriage
New Family Member Want for Teens and Children of All Aspirations
University related Wants enabled for All Aspirations

*You need another mod to enable those interactions. Mine only enables the want.

1. Backup your original WantTrees.package. This package is located at:

For the new-school UC version: Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Wants
2. Rename matti_WantTrees.package to just WantTrees.package.
3. Replace WantTrees.package in the game installation folder with the one you downloaded (not your Downloads folder).
KNOWN ISSUES
Engagement and Steady wants may roll at the same time.
Sims may roll Steady wants towards their spouses.
Teens may still get the 20 Woohoo LTW despite the wants being disabled. A workaround is to just reroll the LTW with a mod such as Sim Blender.

my first ever mod, a fix for broken maxis coding, this case being the "Break Up" want. This want is now appears in the wants panel for adults and elders sims of all aspirations, instead of not being rolled at all.

Conflicts:
since this is a replacement of the "WantTrees" package, it conflicts with any custom want tree package edit (although an edit including a bunch of those fixes with this is coming soon).
Notes:
The want does not appear originally because no ages (adult, elders , teens, children etc.) are checked on the panels, and only two of the three packages have any aspirations checked (romance and family) with the third having ANYTHING checked, so yeah. Additional special thanks to @simnopke for finding the wants that relate to it and setting up the foundation of this mod.
