They made Fort Pinta beach smaller and I am losing my mind a little. Why is it smaller? I saw it and had to circle it multiple times, for some reason it makes me incredibly anxious when things are changed like this without warning.

New lore from the soul riding quests. It seems to work with Catherine’s quests. Which, while fascinating, I’m still not sure how I feel about it yet.

About the Kallters

Okay. I know that the Kallters were on Valley of the Hidden Dinosaur, but where are they now? I mean, I couldn’t reach that place cause someone hacked my account and used it on cheating programs before getting banned by SSO (and returned to me when they discovered the hacker and punished him).

Histories apart, this past months I entered again in order to continue the story but I didn’t see the Kallters (well, only when Avalon tells us about a dream or vision he had and when we had to find Alex)

If someone could tell me what happened to them and why they left the Valley, I would be very happy because I’m feeling like I’m mission an important part of the lore.

The main catalyst for the Kallter removal seems to have been the Fjord horses. Originally, they stood outside the Icengate and, if you had a high enough reputation, they would sell you old model Fjords along with some tack. 

The sso team wanted to remodel the Fjords but the old quest-line had left them with a bit of a problem. 

If they re-modeled them, where would they put the old Fjords? Old Fjords were only available through the quests, so to move them to the horse market -like many other old models- would make the quest kind of pointless.

The SSO team decided that the only way to keep everyone happy was to remove the Kallter’s and the old Fjords entirely. So they told everyone their plans and then followed through about a month later. They replaced the Kallter quests with a small ‘farewell’ quest, and the new Fjords were sold much like any other horse. 

You’re not missing out on any lore as such, just a little bit of the game’s history. I hope this helped. :)

I was wandering through Valedale and heard this absolutely gorgeous piece of music. No idea what it’s called, I searched the star stable Spotify and found nothing. So I’m putting it here if anyone wants to listen, I know I will be. 

I recommend listening with headphones, it’s very quiet. If anyone could tell me where to find this piece I’d be over the moon.

Not sure If I’m the only to notice, but the Chinco’s have 2 different jump animations. An elegant one, and a slightly derpy fearful one. I’m not sure what triggers each one, but they are cute.

There are advantages to having younger siblings who play sso sometimes. We get to go explore and look like a squad. Also changed my hairstyle for the first time in 6 years. Bonus photo’s under the read more. For clarity: Dark blue hair is my brother, brown hair is my sister.
