Ok mama's, let's talk about breast health while breast feeding! 1. Wash your hands before touching your breast, and never put soap on your nipples! They'll crack and become sore if you do. 2.Wear a supportive bra (oh hey... we make those 😮) 3. Make sure your baby is latching correctly. Try to get baby to latch successfully at the first feeding and nurse every 2-3 hours. 4.Change your breast pads often. This will prevent sore nipples, thrush and mastitis! 5. Moisturize your nipples with your breast milk after your baby eats. Let them air dry. 6. Remove baby from breast correctly. Break the suction first by placing your finger on the corner of baby's mouth when they're done. 7. Treat breast engorgement. If they're overfull, hard or swollen, use cold/hot compresses or pads. #breastcare #breastfeeding #maternitybras #bra #maternitywear #brafitting #boobs #largecup #breastpumping #newmom #baby #pregnant #pregnancy #essentials #tukwilawa #supportlocal #bellamaternaseattle #fullfigure #reinventingsexy #sexytshirtbra #anytimebra #choicecami #customerservice #fullcup #maternity #breastfeeding #custommade #seattlemade #okeotex (at Tukwila, Washington)
