so here we go, the usual question in the askbox format, questions from all over the place this time.

1. Where, if anywhere, would your character want to keep a permanent residence? 2. How much personal space does your character generally need? 3. What does your character believe happens after death? If they’re Force-sensitive, are they likely to leave a ghost? 4. How good is your character at dealing with children? 5. How does your character relate to other species? He never turned out to be as pure as she thought he’d be; he barely blinked at even the worst orders, even if she could hear the whispered apologies in the bloodshed.  “Why can’t you just say no?” she snapped, once.  He only stared back as if she’d asked him to fly, and she never asked again.

But he was kinder than she’d imagined, even when she first chose to throw in her lot with him: credits strewn behind them in gifts for friends and beggars alike, long hours spent spent with her to listen when no one else would, every insult ignored and every enemy met with mercy–as long as no command hung over his head.

“The Jedi would have loved to have you,” she says one day, and tells herself she should be ashamed of the tiny stir of jealousy.

He stares that same stunned stare again, before his mouth twists into an odd smile.  "Why would anyone want–“  But he quickly cuts himself off, and laughs.
