hi there! i'm nini, 25, and i've been in love with the sims since i was seven. it has been my escape and comfort for nearly two decades now. i wanted a place to keep memories on my sims and i ended up finding the kindest community i have ever been lucky enough to be a part of.

Oh, it has been soooo long!!!!

I am semi-back to the sims now. It's been one hell of a ride. New job, rough living situation, and a constantly broken game from the constant updates... 😮‍💨

My main save has been a nightmare to fix. It broke back in November or so last year and I had to use the February (2025) backup and try to cheat the save to whatever progress I had, but with every new update it feels like ten steps back every time and I became so exhausted and to be honest, I missed playing. Just playing, enjoying it.

So I made a new save where my sim self met my current boyfriend and as I'm playing with aging on (still a legacy player 🤭) I've somewhat seen my (hopeful) potential future play out and it's actually been so fun!

I'm still fixing my main save with my beloved Elderberries and maybe someday I'll even combine the stories and have my sim's descendants in my main story legacy!! But for now, I am taking that slow.

I am fixing one world at a time, sometimes just a neighbourhood for the day, and then I enjoy playing on my personal save for whatever time I have left.

I missed this community so much, and I do miss reading all of the stories here! Can't wait to catch up with Conrad and our favourite Buttercup, see how the camp is going and if there's any spinoff already, have a look at my favourite couple and their children and grandchildren, and of course the Morrisons!

I'll be posting some of that personal gameplay here, since I find it quite cute and I am obsessed with the house we built there!! Hope you like it!

And hopefully I can be more consistent from now on.

As time went by, Victoria noticed she was feeling off, but not in the magic kind of way that she had been feeling for a while. Now she just felt like something was different, and maybe she even felt more hungry than usual…

Which wouldn't be so strange, as she was eating for more than one!

For as long as Cecilia can remember, it was her brother Mateo who always took care of her. Now he was here, asking for her opinion on adding Addison to the family. He'd spend most of his time there anyway, so maybe with this, Addison could be the one moving in, and she wouldn't miss her brother as much. Right?

Cecilia: You're sure you're ready for marriage? Mateo: With her? I am. Cecilia: Then I'm very happy for you!

There was nothing in this world that Cecilia loved more than her brother. And no one in this world loved Mateo more than Cecilia.

i started a new vanilla save since i updated my game patch day and still dont fully trust mods yet... tell me why, without ANY mods and deleted cache my game is still crashing.... like... my sim had a perfect life???? and i wasnt worried about saving because i assumed the lack of mods and a clean cache would mean it fucking wouldnt do it again!!! i am so pissed i dont feel like playing anymore...

(72) I'm not Gone

Victoria went back home eventually. Lucia was waiting on the doorstep after hearing the news from Isadora and Asha, who had told everyone to not panic as they were trying everything to reverse Victoria's new... state.

Everyone in Ravenwood had some form of relationship to death. They all knew there was something more. Death wasn't necessarily the end unless you decided to cross over after completing your unfinished business. Though, most people were satisfied with everything they had achieved if they were lucky to become old, but for Victoria... Everything inside her struggled to accept it. There must be a way to get back, and what was the deal regarding her magic?

One of the perks of being a ghost is that she could give healing hugs. Her mother had been devastated regardless, she was expecting the worst, but it helped a lot knowing Victoria was still on this side of the world.

When i was 7 i was going down a hill and started happily waving at someone i knew. As i get closer i realise i dont have my glasses on and i had absolutely no idea who the heck that was.

I proceeded to act like the animation, awkwardly, like im not blinder than a mole.

She, on the other hand, was cutely ready to wave and hug this strange seven year old kid with a school bag bigger than her.
