How does it work?

Our administrator takes your initial enquiry by email or telephone.

The most appropriate advisor from our team is assigned to the case. All of our advisors have visited many, even hundreds of schools and spent years consulting with parents, teachers and pupils.

You provide the administrator with your credit card details. No money is taken until you and your advisor have agreed to start the consultation process. You can also pay by a bank to bank transfer.

You and your advisor make contact. Usually by phone, email or Skype. The client provides the advisor with all of the information needed and makes inquiries. Our advisor provides information concerning ways of help.

How much does it cost?

The fee for Best Boarding Schools Silver Service is £600. This covers approximately 6 hours of consultation, individualized research, report, feedback and a follow-up after school visits, offers, etc.Additional research and consultation is charged at £100 per hour.

We provide advice on all aspects of applications and provide help with everything you may need in order to find the places you want for your children.

You will have access (via your advisor) to all of the resources exclusive to Best Boarding Schools and its team such as data, in-house knowledge, etc.

NB We are not rigid and don’t count the minutes. The ‘six hours’ is a guideline to give you an idea of how we work. A good outcome is what matters to us and our clients.

The service is usually per family, not per child. However, if all the children in a family are destined for the same school, there is far less work for our advisor. In cases where two or more schools are sought or where the needs are not entirely straightforward, the advisor may well exceed the six hours allowed for the Silver Service.

5. Once the agreement that the consultancy will go ahead is settled, your advisor will inform the administrator, who will contact you that the fee will be deducted from your credit card. This can be arranged but it is helpful if you can discuss this possibility with our administrator at the initial contact stage.
