New Year Goals

Goals from Fall Semester:

Strength in love.

Life has been truly, undeniably hard these past few days. But also, it has been wonderful. EC and I have another person watching over us now. (: We feel blessed and loved. We talked about trying to go to church every Sunday this year and date nights and furniture for the apartment next semester. We have to save over 5k... We're trying to work out how. Haha. But, yeah, we are getting better. I'm getting better. It's still hard. It's no small thing to just get over and move on from. But with love and a smile, I think I can get through this. I think EC and I can do this. I should probably, at least, take a nap before we have to take Nini to school. We have to wake up in like 3 hours. Ugh. I am thankful to have this lovely boy in my life. I swear, he is the cutest thing I will ever, ever know. His smile is the light peeking from behind the blinds and now he's lighting up the entire room.  We're getting married in April. Officially. Just the civil marriage. But we'll be married. Officially. (= This might be moving fast but we really don't have any reason to wait. We really were never scared to commit, never scared we were making a wrong move, never scared we wouldn't be happy or satisfied. We have the blessings of our families, of all our best and closest friends, of each other, of the Lord.  EEK. Does not mean I'm not excited. Just having these rings on is wonderful. All the "How long have you two been married?" questions just make my heart grow so big. I am so certain I will love this boy until the end of time. He is like nothing I have ever known. Like no force I have ever felt. He makes my heart smile. Okay. Good night. (=

Save money. I'm not sure about the details of that yet... Maybe just coins. Maybe like 100 a month? I'm not sure. I'll have to talk to EC about it. We just really need to start saving. Right this second.
