Yoga Challenge - Day 16, Satisfying Stretch
Today I had a really enjoyable workout. It felt so good to get on the mat and stretch my spine, stretch from side to side and stretch where ever else I could! I think it was due to the fact that I was trying to catch my bus earlier and was running for a fairly long time, well at least it felt long, it was maybe about 10 minutes. Fun discovery! I learned that running outside when it is -14 degrees Celsius is not a very smart idea. Because the air is so cold it becomes painful to take big gulps of air when you get winded. It seriously felt like I am going to loose my lungs or something. Anyhow, I really enjoyed the exercise today, I even felt stretchier, cheers to more sessions like this one!
