So in super Mario 3D world in an effort to make the model for Mario appear higher in quality, they accountented for the buttons on his overalls, but left the overalls only appearance as an overlaid image, so when you remove that image and only look at his wire-frame, you get what appears to be 2 very prominent and convex nipples.
