Ni (Extroverted Intuition)
Tadashi has a brilliant mind, and is very focused on his greatest achievement; Baymax. We see in the test runs, that he spent hours and hours perfecting Baymax, so that he could help people. He is also very determined to get Hiro into college, so he can put his own brilliant mind to good use.
Fe (Extroverted Feeling)
Tadashi doesn’t only do what he does for the sake of himself or to make money; he does it because he feels like he has ideas for the betterment of society. He cares for his friends, and appears to be very good at making connections, which is why he is so missed when he is gone. Even his death was for the sake of someone else, someone we now know didn’t care about him that much.
Ti (Introverted Thinking)
Tadashi likes exploring knowledge for the sake of knowledge, and for the sake of bettering the world. His and Hiro’s Ti differ in the way that Tadashi knows the best way he can explore his Ti in a way that can help the world, he should go to school. Hiro likes knowledge for the sake of knowledge, but he doesn’t think school really teaches him anything he doesn’t already know.
Se (Extroverted Sensation)
Tadashi is good at noticing the world around him, and knowing what needs to be fixed. However, he sometimes doesn’t think through certain choices and how they affect those around him. For example, he goes into save Callaghan with the intention to help someone, but he doesn’t think about what would happen if he doesn’t make it out alive.

Tadashi wants to be helpful and to have an impact on the world, and the way he does this is by seeking knowledge. He goes to school to study robotics, and to figure out how to use that knowledge to make an impact, which he does through robotics.
