This. My family is super weird about taking pain killers. So one of the most important things I learnt as an adult is that taking pain killers is going to save me a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering. If you need more than one, go to the doctor. If you need them frequently, go to the doctor. If you need one occasionally, just take the fucking pill! ❤️

Also important: aspirin, ibuprofen, and paracetamol just lose effectiveness after the expiration date. It's safe to take them after, they just might be weaker if they're old.
