hi, sorry for using you all like that but can you tell me if what I'm experiencing is a normal doll/floret/ward-or-something thing, or something worrying
I'm a very traumatized person, but you can probably figure it out from what I'll write next
I don't like seeing myself as a person. It gives me some weird expectations and trying to achieve them tires me out beyond reason. I like seeing myself as something under a person. Without the innate human worth or dignity. Without boundaries, because having them broken, and having to defend them hurts so much more than just not having them. Why have boundaries if defending them hurts more than just having them broken? I don't even feel like i deserve human rights? I'm a transfemme in a transphobic country, so I'm used to not having rights. Not expecting them hurts much less then not getting them. When I don't feel entitled to even a single thing it doesn't hurt when I'm denied them. It even feels kinda nice, because expecting nothing even the smallest something feels like something big.
I get all of my purpose and worth from outside sources. I'm a nurse and at work I'm not a person. I'm not myself. I'm a nurse that does everything to be the best nurse for her patients. When I'm with my fiancée I'm the fiancee. I feedz I help, we spend time together. I am what she wants me to be. I am hers to mold. I'm nothing until she states something. I also have some problems with getting very easily hypnotised or even dissociating into a trance state by myself. It can be very distressing when I'm alone, but when I'm with her it just helps me be more malleable.
I know how all of that sounds, but since i stopped seeing myself as a person, since i stooped forcing myself to be one i ended up much healthier. More stable. Actually happy once in a while.. Just. Sorry for that monologue. Sorry for taking your time. If you want to respond in any way please do
