URGENT: HELP NEEDED FOR BILLS

So, long story short, my mom’s crappy, yet surprisingly durable Ford Focus has actually been slowly dying on us all winter without us realizing it. The repairs on it aren’t worth the cost of the car, but a small miracle happened and my mom got financing for a brand new car (like, it has 10 miles on it). But on the negative side, the down payment for the car and the cost of our new insurance has pretty much wrecked the very tight budget we had for this month.

I’ve done the math and $250 should cover both our internet and water bill, which are both due on the first, and still leave us with a little bit to put some groceries in the house. I wouldn’t be asking if this was at all avoidable, but my mom is totally disabled and struggles with walking even very short distances, so we absolutely need a car for transport for both her and myself.
