Stratt REALLY reminds me of a character and I couldn’t figure out who it was but I just got it. It’s Lucretia Adventurezone.

They’re the two saddest loneliest women in the entire universe who betrayed their best friends, gave them amnesia, and sent them off into perilous danger to save the world. They’re both directors of top secret organizations. They’re both no-nonsense leaders with an undercurrent of dry humor.
