My first InstaPot dinner. Falling off the bone beef short-ribs, Parmesan and garlic mashed cauliflower, and pan fried asparagus on a bed of pan drippings(red wine, medjool dates, onions, black garlic, fresh rosemary, tomatoes, and various spices) puréed with a dash of heavy cream.
