Four years ago, I was the lightest/smallest/"healthiest" I've ever been, but i still looked in the mirror hated what i saw. I cried looking at pictures of myself! I felt 100% unloveable. So crazy, but I was so disgusted I lost motivation on working out and healthy eating plans. And now that I'm more accepting of all sizes and happy as is, I'm more fearful of diabetes or whatever. It's been a long journey, and I'm very annoyed with beauty expectations that have plagued me for 15 years.

Important Side Note: My original "goal weight" in 2014 was 30 pounds under the current recommended weight for my height. It seemed impossible because it was. I pushed myself too hard and got nowhere. That applies to everything by the way. Take care of yourselves
