hi! sorry to derail your post I have the same problem as you but ive found ways to listen to podcasts without mr. adhd kicking my ass

basically my strategy is to do something mundane that wont distract from the podcast

this can be anything from grinding in an mmo to knitting

they are also good to listen to at times where you would be pretty bored anyways like while you’re doing chores.

I personally like to listen when I’m walking home from school, although i look like a fool just laughing to myself in public…
