saint-14 is genuinely trying to be more sympathetic and open towards the eliksni and we can see that in basically every interaction he has with mithrax so idk why people are still intent on painting him as a staunch space racist

the treatment the eliksni are receiving NOW is absolutely not fair. i’m not saying that if saint 14 went out now and murdered a bunch of house light eliksni he would be justified bc of his past. that’s absolutely not true.

HOWEVER, for the vast majority of human history the ELISKNI were the ones hunting humans before guardians even existed. and even when guardians existed eliksni still had the numbers advantage. saint particularly was pulled forward through time from a time where guardians were just barely desperately fending eliksni off to a time where guardians are soundly beating them. of course he’s going to have a hard time adjusting and changing his mindset.
