Random Headcanon that just popped into my head:

When Yautja want to show close affection with someone, they usually touch each other's forehead. A gesture that's seen as very intimate in their culture, therefore reversed to only those they view as family or close friends. But that particular spot in between their eyebrows is an extremely sensitive area. When you massage it gently, it will literally act as an 'off button' of sorts. It relaxes them to a point they go completely lax and turn into a loud, purring mess. It's a secret that's very well kept among Yautjas. (Because of how embarrassing it is to their pride)

It's not uncommon for Yautja Mothers to use this technique to quiet down their fussy pups when everything else fails.
