This is my updated list of rules! I actually had a hard time being consistent with my previous rules so I decided to make new ones and now I'm hoping I can stick with it!!!
[Also by "Smoothie once a month" I mean a low calorie fruit smoothie day, so I choose a day once a month to only drink a smoothie and that's it, I also dedicated a day once a month to binge because ik I'll probably have a hard time not b1ng31ng]
I had a hard time eating healthier foods when I made my first list but since my fear foods have changed I have an easier time adding veggies and fruits to my meals, I mostly eat pasta so I've been adding spinach, carrots, broccoli, and other veggies into em, also ik it says omad but that doesn't include snacks, I have been eating watermelon as a snack this past week and will probably keep doing so lmao
I've been extremely depressed lately and can't manage going on walks everyday so I dedicated two days a week for when I go on walks and I also keep forgetting to do my yoga so I dedicated a few days for that too and I also made sure to have two rest days so that I don't overwork myself again
