A small PSA to all those new to dealing with the porn bots that Tumblr now has a fresh wave of – I understand that when you go to report them, you want to report them as "[containing] sexually explicit material", but don't do that. Report them as spam instead.

These are spam bots flooding tags and the website in general with spam links. They often do not have anything sexually explicit on their blog (although they often have implicit material). Plus, these two reports get very different results. Reporting explicit material gets the bot slapped behind an 18+ wall, so minors can't check if they're a bot or not. Reporting spam gets the bot taken down.

Remember, folks: when dealing with a bot, report spam, not smut!

Today is supposed to be our 6th year anniversary and it really seems like you either forgot or don’t care.

Your original plan was to spend time at your grandmas, go to a bar, and drink while I sat next to you not drinking because you know I don’t like beer or anything they might serve.

Then when she was busy you didn’t come up with a plan b despite knowing all day and being told repeatedly that I’d rather spend the day celebrating with you than stuck with my abusive mother pretending to care it’s her birthday.

I feel like I have the right to be upset but you seem confused as to why. I’m tired of being the only one who plans things or even gives effort. I meant it when I said that this time it’s completely your fault that I’m feeling hurt.

Help Save Allister the Cat

my sweet baby boy Allister is in trouble! After two cases of complete urinary tract blockage in two weeks, we took him to the vet where an ultrasound revealed he has several urinary stones in his bladder (at least 10 of them) that have to be surgically removed. Unfortunately, after the previous vet visits, both my mom and myself are stretched to our financial limits and our paychecks are another two weeks away. Thankfully, we found a non-profit animal hospital who, whereas most vets will expect full payment up front before providing treatment, are only asking for half of the upper range of an estimate, and whatever is left can be paid for over time with payment plans

the animal hospital is asking for $731.18 to perform the surgery on him TOMORROW MORNING. This surgery is URGENT and has to be done ASAP or Allister will keep becoming blocked until it takes his life

We already have half of what we need and we're taking ONLY what we need, anything extra after we've reached our goal will be returned-to-sender! Every little bit helps!
