Having purchased a ticket to Trump's Tulsa rally, despite covid cases rising dramatically in America's heartland, this woman freely waited in line with an I CAN'T BREATHE shirt.
The cops were called on accusations of disorderly conduct, yet she wordlessly stood in line or sat on the ground.
She was told by police that she was not disturbing the peace but she was however now trespassing and had to leave. She had a ticket.
The mere thought of black lives, the reinforcement that their lives matter, shakes conservatives out of their daydream. Their daydreams of a great America, restored to frozen malts, full service has stations, milk delivery and white picket fences. Nuclear families, a strong economy, and zero crime. There are no black faces in that world of theirs. Because that time never existed nor has there been a time in America without their being struggling black lives at its foundation.
The Great America had never existed, for there had always been a people sacrificed just to provide comfort for the few. Be they poor, indigenous, handicapped, politically different or just born with a darker complexion, America ate them up to make mana for the white Christian household.
The mere mention that their lives even MATTER shatters their dissolutionment. To their view, it accuses whites of saying that the black life doesn't matter. They know it does. But they shouldn't have to say it because all lives matter. But when presented with evidence or witness to oppression of a black life at the hands of the state, they look away. Or worse, accuse the victim. Should have complied, don't be violent, act peacefully.
Even in white skin, calm demeanor and stoic statuesque poise, she resolutely stands, wearing a shirt that says I CAN'T BREATH, as she's then oppressed by the state, and her own turn away.
This is America and the only thing that makes it great is to ignore its flaws.
Flaws are cracks, rust, wear and tear. Flaws require maintenance, without which, the mechanism will ultimately break. Those who have ignored the problem will be those most unprepared for the day they are without that mechanism.
Saying black lives matter is maintenance. It's reminding the caretaker that there is a problem. There is a flaw. It. Needs. Fixing.

A white man goes before a news camera, in downtown Salt Lake, to tell a local reporter that he was jumped and beaten (unprovoked) by a band of young black men, merely for shouting the phrase "all lives matter," a rallying cry to those who wish to undermine the message calling for equal treatment of blacks in America. Within minutes, McCormick's lie was exposed when a TikTok video went viral, showing the man getting out of his car with a bow and arrow, aiming it at protesters passing by, threatening to kill. Nearby protesters disarmed and beat him until the police arrived to carry him out. His car, which also contained a large knife in addition to his bow and arrows, was turned over and burned.
Brandon McCormick went to the epicenter of the protest intending to agitate the protesters with his message, one he knew full well would spark a negative - if not violent reaction.
He brought weapons with the intent to back up his hate speech. He brought weapons in hopes to harm (or possibly kill). He brought himself to play the victim who stands their ground. He brought lies to the news to sew distrust in the logotype of the Civil rights movement.
The internet brought truth. The city brought charges.
