A garden across the stream, what a wonderful place to live that must be.
A lighthouse optic today, and it is quite beautiful.
White blossoms working to grow into being a beautiful flower tunnel. I hope I remember to go back in a few years to see how much further it has come.
A lampost keeping a park well lit... ...at 14.00 in the height of summer.
A quiet day for walking. I’m really happy with the colours my camera took with this picture, but because I’m on a hill and the land is therefore sloping, the picture feels a bit wonky to me, even if (I hope) it’s technically not.
This is my friend’s bunny Schmoo. She is lovely and wonderful, loves grapes and enjoys flopping on the marble fireplace on hot days. and I really did not have the right lens with me for her as she was running around and fidgeting. The narrow depth of field was really working against me in this instance
A gentle owl ornament. I’m really happy with this picture, but I should really have moved the picture frame out of shot so it wasn’t distracting from the owl.
A pigeon mid take off...
Model of the Forth Railway Bridge (1890). The focus is slightly in the wrong place and it’s not very well separated from the background, but I’m quite pleased with this picture.
Meet Chester; he was at a birthday party and he was the sweetest dog ever and gave a lot of affectionate licks.
A lone lampost...
I managed to catch a few pictures of a magpie running around and being curious whilst I was having a picnic today.
Some beautiful pink flowers I spotted today...
Sometimes when you’re short, your best bet is to simply find a tree stump and just pretend...
Had a surprise party for my nan over the weekend, so I’m just getting back into trying to upload a picture a day.
Some waves of colour and texture today
Bird watching, round 4. Not as close as I was hoping to get, but it flew off before I could get nearer.
