💧Drink water. Often sips, not rare gulps.
🚫 AVOID SUGAR AND UNHEALTHY SNACKS. STOP PUTTING THEM ON THE GROCERY LIST. They may sound nice, but you always feel worse partaking any after the initial serving you craved! Try and find healthy alternatives.
🚫 Stop interacting with posts about The Issues. You can barely take care of yourself. And the stress just makes your functions and habits worse. You came here to find joy. You're too empathetic, it's bad!
✏️ Draw a little, every day. Don't draw until your fingers and/or wrist hurt. Take breaks. Stretch. You're very stiff. If all you can muster is one doodle, so be it. Add your signature before posting anything more than a sketch.
💀 UNCLENCH YOUR JAW.
🕶 Take a walk every day. Don't forget your sunglasses—your eyes are weak.
💤 GET IN YOUR BED BEFORE 2AM. AND DON'T GET ON ANY WEBSITES. PUT ON YOUR SLEEP PLAYLIST THE MOMENT THE CLOCK HITS 12!
