okay, so like three weeks ago, we had movie night at our hackerspace, and we watched lesbian space princess and it was all very cool and I forgot to put away one of my empty bottles and I still feel kinda bad about it. like no one said anything, but someone else had to put them away and now I caused effort. on the other hand, one of the people that came to watch the movie I havent seen for a while since he moved away and mostly his girlfriend comes to visit him because his city has more to do and their friends are mostly there (they are in a beautiful t4t relationship btw and have both been really cool to me) and overall Im really looking forward to the next one and this time I will definitely put my empty bottle away and take as many peoples empty bottles with me as possible to make up for last time.

okay so some days I have imposter syndrome which is really fun. I get to talk to people who are really good at what they do a lot of times, and then I beat myself up over not knowing more than this person who has done this for longer than Ive lived. and then there will be people telling me how Im oh so competent and Ill be like the fuck are you talking about. I suck. I couldnt even get that thing to work properly. and then that makes their imposter syndrome worse, which means they overcompensate by doing some crazy complicated shit, which then makes my imposter syndrome worse, so I do some crazy complicated shit to keep up and this is a spiral of doom. we have been normalizing being more open with our failures tho and its kinda helped a little. but obviously that doesnt make it disappear
