I list of everything I have manifested since starting to affirm 'I love being so powerful in my manifestations':

and so much more I can't even remember. this has all happened over the past 2 days, even since i started focusing on improving my self concept. this is actually so insane guys i'm gonna cry. all of the instantaneous ones too??? like i'm gonna be real i didn't really believe in instantaneous manifestation before this but HELLO THERE'S NO OTHER WAY THOSE THINGS WOULD'VE HAPPENED???
If you've been in shifting spaces for any amount of time, you've definitely heard people preaching about "letting go" and "doing nothing" and "just allow it to happen".
And like, on paper it sounds stupidly easy, right? You just lie down and... exist? Groundbreaking stuff.
Except there's this tiny, annoying little voice in your head going something like "NO, WAIT, DO SOMETHING OR WE ARE WASTING OUR TIME, YOU ABSOLUTE WALNUT" and suddenly you're throwing affirmations around like you're at a motivational speaker convention aiming for first place, muttering your DR name like it's a password you want to make sure to not forget, doing literally anything to feel like you're being productive. Because god forbid we just do... nothing.
There's this saying in my language that basically means "from nothing comes nothing". Like if you're unemployed and do nothing about it, shocking revelation, you're still unemployed. Can't ride a bike? Do nothing? Congrats, still can't ride a bike. Revolutionary logic.
But when it comes to shifting, doing nothing is actually one of the best things you can do. Wild, somehow. And before you throw your shoe after me, I do not mean sitting there vibrating with anxiety while hoping really really hard.
I mean actually allowing something to happen instead of white knuckling your way through it like the control freak we both know you are.
Like, think of it this way:
Doing:
Trying to lift yourself off the ground by pulling on your own shirt. Spoiler: physics say no, you just look like an idiot.
Allowing:
Finally notice you've been standing in a pool this whole time, stopping all that dramatic flailing, and just... floating. Because the water's literally doing all the work. You're welcome, I guess.
Some Steps (because sometimes we need a manual for everything)
Decide what you want.
Most people want to shift, obviously, duh, but honestly try starting smaller maybe. Babysteps. Before you do anything, just tell yourself what you're aiming for. Something like "I want to feel connected to my DR self" or something like that.
That's it. You put the address in the GPS. Look at you go!
Let the autopilot take over
Your subconscious is basically a self-driving car at this point. Your job is to just sit there and observe what's happening. That's it. I know, super hard, huh?
When you start to feel stuff, resist the urge to immediately poke at it like it's some cursed science project. Don't try to make it stronger, don't try to decode what it means. Just notice it.
You feel floaty? Think "neat"
Your arms and legs go numb? Think "cool".
When you get the itch to do something (because ofc you will), just tell yourself "Thanks brain, but I'm actually fine just watching right now". Pat yourself on the head if that helps.
Shifting happens (at least in my experience and opinion, you might disagree and that's totally fine, I am not your life coach or shit), when your subconscious finishes the trip you told it to take, while you are just sitting back like a passenger who finally learned to shut up and trust the driver.
We tend to freak out about doing nothing because we think we are the ones powering the whole operation. We are not.
We're just the consciousness along for the ride, and honestly, that's okay. All we gotta do is set where we want to go and then get out of our own way.
So, do nothing. But on purpose. I believe in you or whatever you want to hear ^-^
you people overcomplicate EVERY SINGLE THING so lemme tell you my recent success story, which happened YESTERDAY, and how easy it was.

okay!
a while ago, i made a post about experimentation. i did multiple techniques and methods when it came to shifting, manifestation, etc.
just a way to prove they all work, and it was fun on it’s own to study them! felt like a little scientist…
and i decided that, there’s really no harm in experimenting further. not just for posts, but for myself. to get out of my comfort zone,
to break patterns of procrastination and not rot in the same cycle til i lost my mind.
soooo... i tried my luck with lucid dreaming again! i consider myself to have mastered lucid dreaming regardless of method, due to the fact my dreams have always been vivid.
i used to have almost FOUR vivid dreams in one night. would consistently wake up from one, go back to sleep, experience another. repeat. i, ofcourse, decided to study it further! reading books about LD, researching the science behind certain methods—WHY exactly they work, what effect they have, making sense of them fully before i could try them OR make my own.
i’ve found immense success in shifting through lucid dreaming; further on that is in this post!
but ever since a day or two ago, i’ve began lacking. getting lazier, procrastinating, mostly because i’ve come down with illness… but i still felt like i needed to do something. even if nonsensical.
to remind all of you, i am NOT a nonchalant individual.
i am disgustingly obsessive and precise when it comes to my practices.
i rarely meditate,
i pick apart results and progress,
i have doubts and breakdowns and spirals,
i change my entire state of being within seconds depending on my mood—i could be the picture perfect idea of a master shifter and manifestor,
or i could be the person who does anything the community deems imperfect.
you get the gist, eh?
which is why i needed to do something.
see, i had been using random methods to attempt lucid dreaming. random as in, not necessarily known. i’ve had successes with these methods before!
ZILD, zeigarnik induced lucid dreams, and a phenomenon that shows; disrupted sleep or a sleep schedule changed could cause a higher chance of lucid dreaming. shortly put; it’s due to the fact there’s a change in your regular sleep patterns, leaving you subconsciously more “awake” which means there’s a higher chance your awareness will follow you into your dreams. basically WILD, i suppose?
buuuut… i’ve been lazy with them.
anytime i set my soft alarm to wake up, i immediately went back to sleeping without changing anything about my sleep, neither applying ZILD.
yesterday, i realized, i could just… try the void?
i’ve never been a fan of it, if i’m being honest. i’ve made multiple posts on the collective obsession of something i saw as just another method.
yet, i’ve also been in the void before!
wouldn’t hurt to go back to my roots.
it seemed fairly simple to me—set an alarm about four hours after i’ve slept, wake up sleepy, making it easier for me to access the void. i even had a plan B, i didn’t have this… extremely strong belief that this will succeed. i just saw it as something to try.
and for the entire day, i did NOTHING.
no listening to subliminals or priming my subconscious, nope! just talked with my boyfriend all day, and deciding to rot in my own sickness; in my VEEERY very comfy bed.
when it came time, i…
woke up,
had a billion thoughts of just going back to sleep,
didn’t even KNOW what i was supposed to do,
cleared my mind,
literally thought “whatever, it’s either i shift tonight or manifest easier by tomorrow”
… guess who shifted

honestly, it was one of the more longer shifts. i can’t go too deep into it due to the fact it was a better CR shift; and i am not about to dox info about myself nor my family…
the cool part was I HAD MAGICAL POWERS!!!! just secret magical powers nobody knew about heheheh
i couldn’t even comprehend what exactly i had, it was just me being able to do anything…
i did make sure it wasn’t just a HELLA vivid lucid dream, so i slapped myself… alot… put my finger through my palm repeatedly in hopes it would go through, kept checking the clock like a maniac,
nothing.
i had shifted.
without even trying properly.
shifters who’ve succeeded many times don’t necessarily mention that it could STILL be jarring to shift at times. like, yeah, you become used to it—but it can still invoke this happy feeling inside. or panic. i don’t know about you all but i still VERY much panic when i shift.
the entire time, i was still on edge, literally half repeating my safe word but taking it back last minute because i did NOT know what to do 😢
in the end, i enjoyed my time there but just blurted out my safe word; woke up here, EXHAUSTED, and just plopped back to sleep. did have a cool dream afterwards which made me happier…
anyways this is just your reminder that it could happen any second, minute, day,
and it could happen no matter what you do.
no matter how lazy you are, or how long you’ve procrastinated.
To finally start getting results, you need to understand that you are not changing the world around you, but yourself.It may seem complicated and confusing, but in essence you simply become a different person, and the world adapts to you. In essence, you initially manifest not a desire, but a new version of yourself, and desire is a consequence.
Now I'll write a tutorial on how to finally start getting what you want if you haven't been able to for several years:
I. Reset your thinking. Let go of everything you've learned over the years, all the tons of information you've consumed over the years.
II. Decide what you want and start acting like someone who doesn't have it. For example: you want to be a model. How will you act?You will probably try on different outfits, practice walking the catwalk, and love and respect yourself. Enter this state and begin to identify yourself with someone who already has results. Think of it as a hobby, something fun.
III. Discipline. Yes, at first it will be difficult to consider yourself as someone who has achieved results. But gradually, you'll develop a habit and do it automatically.
The main thing to remember: you are changing yourself, not 3D.
imagine how pathetic it’ll be one day, when you pause and realize you haven’t done anything. nothing at all in your journey—and not for no reason either, no, no.
that would be less painful.
but because you were scared of trying.
because you PROCRASTINATED.
you had all the information infront of you;
the scripts, the help, the methods, the posts you skimmed over for a quick dose of dopamine that never lasted long but enough to keep you in the same state.
when all you had to do was one action, and action is a generous term for this! one thought. one fucking assumption. one second or minute of deciding to persist regardless of circumstance or feelings.
so what if you failed once? twice?
so what if something went wrong?
so what?
so. fucking. what.
are you gonna choose, once again, to rot in the same spot of familiarity til you die? til it becomes too late? til you break down and spiral deeper down the rabbit hole?
only to soothe yourself with a success story, promise you’ll start again. soon. when “soon” comes, the loop repeats.
you’ll plan for it, tell people you’ll do it, fantasize about all the things you’ll experience WHEN you do it, read about how others did it, you’ll do ANYTHING but actually try.
wake the fuck up.

In my search of a self concept it has led me to stop being confident and lose the firm foundation of just knowing I had what I want. All because of this recurrent mistake of immediately checking in reality to see what I had. I already have what I have.
It is not just a 'simple delay' ; It is now.
It is not 'coming soon' ; It is now.
It wont happen "when this event happens" ; It is now.
I will get back on my grind now. I will get everything I want now. College acceptances for all the ones I applied to. A boyfriend. Maybe even a new phone. I will get them now. At this moment. At this instant. Now.

⚠️ DISCLAIMER: you don’t have to DO anything but simply deciding you have your desire in order to manifest! this is just a fun post for those who want to boost their self concept! and yes i wanted an excuse to do a katseye layout sue me!!!!
so, you want to improve your self concept? i can teach you, but i’ll have to charge! (haha get it)
whenever i’m feeling “stuck” or that i’m not really going anywhere, self concept is one of my favorite ways to help me manifest. typically, i don’t need self concept anyway, but i find reminding myself that i DO have that power to get whatever i want really helpful!!
here are some of my favorite ways to improve self concept!!
i. assuming
I mean . it’s law of assumption, duh, of course assuming is gonna be the number one thing here on this list! this one is a more practical approach for those who like robotic affirmations; simply just affirm and assume to yourself (either once or as many times as you want) that you are your dream self. you have the perfect self concept, that things go easy for you, etc etc!
ii. subliminals
definitely my go-to when it comes to boosting my self concept. i always play my self concept playlist as i get myself ready for the day; it just helps set that mood, you know? there are so many good subliminals on youtube! i recommend sub makers like kottie, iwiigi, itzukome, slade, etc!
iii. vaunting
this one is my second go-to!! i like to vaunt a lot when listening to my playlist/right after waking up (with my affirmation of what i’m manifesting atm)! this is like robotic affirmations but for those who hate repetition. it’s basically just having an inner conversation with yourself about how perfect your self concept is, or how fast you manifest/shift, basically anything you want really!!
iv. reminders
this is good for those who forget to affirm (like me). you can put reminders in the app of your device OR if you’d like a more physical approach, you can get a sticky note and write down an affirmation on it. stick it anywhere you usually walk past or somewhere you’d see it easily to remember! this also helps ground the idea easier that this is something that is already yours, because you are used to seeing it constantly.
v. creating playlists
my top fave. if you’re not big on subliminals, just make a playlist with cunty songs and vibe with it, i guarantee you it’ll give you the same results. i’ve got a playlist of my own with these type of songs and trust it does uplift your vibe and self concept sooo well!! (just like magic by ari is also perfect for manifestation)
vi. reading posts
if you like to go on tumblr and reread posts that have stuck with you, this definitely will work for you! i like to go back every now and then to remind myself (and also because the posts are REALLY good)!! here are some of my faves i’d recommend -> 1 2 3 4
do whichever one of these suits you best! do one, or multiple, or combine them!! have fun with it, manifestation is meant be fun, not a chore :]
I already talked about this is a more detailed post but idc. So many people will scroll through tags, check accounts, and watch so many videos on how to manifest, what to avoid, EVERYTHING. And yet, they never apply what they learned to do. Never even try, just over-consume every piece of text, every sound, etc.
You want your desire right? You want it fast right? Then stop looking up or hyper fixating on those "HOW TO MANIFEST FAST– THREE DAYS", "INSTA MANIFESTING TUTORIAL 100000000% LEGIT"...
babyyy... put the phone, AND FREAKING ASSUME AND APPLY. That like.. is more than likely the reason. Because if you're constantly looking up solutions to make it transform faster or whatever, you're assuming it's not here yet and putting zero effort. Which brings me to my next point.
Being Consistent With Your Assumption
Oh my DAYYYYYYYS. Okay guys.
So, yes, manifesting instantly is possible I am not going to say no one can because you can. I have, she has, he has, you probably have. However, from what I've learned personally, 'more resistance=you're gonna need more time to be consistent'. I say this because your brain will more than likely try to rationalize and be all serious with the "this isn't possible". Like if you had a bad relationship with money, you always believed "Hard work earns money, it's so hard to get. That's the only logical way." You're not gonna always be able to manifest money as easily. And that's okay!! But it may take more time unless you manifest and work through those thoughts otherwise. I always take big ol' breathes before I robotic affirm and visualize me getting the desire and move on for a while. My personal life hack <3.
Taking a Step Back
Guys.... don't be mad at me.... BUT BUT BUT
Maybe you like, shouldn't put your desire over a pedestal? Over you even? Like let me state this, and I'm being serious. You + self concept, is above EVERYTHING ELSE. I cannot stress how important it is to feel even worthy of these things before you begin to manifest. Think of it in this way, say you're manifesting an SP? Okay, periodt get your lil boo thang. However... you're resistant, you've had bad experiences with love, relationships, etc. Again, by all means, you can still manifest through these things, of course. However, it's just going to be harder. If you don't think you're worthy of getting something, you're just not gonna get it. To be honest, focus on self concept and once you realize you're worthy and been worthy of what you wanted, you'll get it <3. This has happened to me too, kinda forgetting an assumption instead of hyper fixating on it can really be the best way of getting your desire especially when you're new to manifesting.

My Secret To : Manifesting ANYTHING Instantly AND seeing it in the 3D
disclaimer: this technique allows you to instantly shift into the state of the wish fulfilled, and the 3D will reflect that state, sometimes immediately, sometimes after a short interval.

first of all i want to introduce a concept to you. you may have already heard this before: you already have what you want.
and you’re probably like: “omg no i still have acne, omg no i can’t shift yet, i can’t be delulu. i don’t have those things, i can’t see them!”
yes. that’s just because the 3D hasn’t aligned yet. you don’t have to act like it’s there if you look in the mirror and it isn’t. i get it, it's frustrating!
and NOW you're probably thinking: “ugh what are you even talking about r u gonna bring up that 4D imagination stuff ur making it complicated ugh ugh”
NO. listen. this is simple. (and yes i will bring that up). the reason you want those things so badly is because your "future self" (state of the wish fulfilled now) already has them.
the reason you don't see what you want is because: your 3D hasn’t aligned yet. you haven’t aligned with your "future self" (state of the wish fulfilled now) yet.
THE REASON people say "you already have your desires": is not so you can be delusional and imagine things but not really have them. it's because they want you to understand that you and your "future self" are NOT separate entities. been paying attention to me saying "state of the wish fulfilled now?"
you’re ONE person. there is only NOW. when you understand this, when you completely step into the state of the wish fulfilled now, YOU can manifest instantly and see it in the 3D. you won't be imagining, you won't be desiring, you'll be having.
TIME (the thing that separates your present self from your future self) is a construct made up by humans, and we’ve been conditioned to think everything has to “take time.” that conditioning is literally the only reason you don’t shift instantly or manifest instantly.
of course, you don't HAVE to manifest instantly, because no matter what, you will manifest PERIOD.
but i will teach you how to step into the state of the wish fulfilled now, therefore allowing you to manifest instantly. less imagining, more having.

ME: well that’s what i’m here to help you with!
i have foolproof methods that allowed me to start manifesting things instantly (seconds or under an hour!!)
FIRST METHOD:
my fav vocal technique (an affirmation i say once out loud):
“I am not available to live in a reality in which…”
for example: if you want to get rid of a headache, say: “I am no longer available to live in a reality in which I have a headache.” (i’ve gotten rid of headaches instantly like this.) i do this while looking up towards the sky / ceiling.
the reason this works is because you’re saying it with full belief that you don’t have that headache anymore. you’re aligning with the version of you who doesn’t have it. the 3D submits because you’ve claimed the position of your future self. words have power when you claim them with certainty.

A mouthful, I know, but you don't have to say it often, and I like being specific. Just once works, unless you'd like to robotic affirm, and then you can simplify it.
and you can add on the double whammy: “I am living in a reality / only available to live in a reality in which [I am headache-free! / my desire is already mine!]”
SECOND METHOD:
acting as though i already have it, and that it is coming, therefore eliminating worry.
“Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24
when someone asks you, "hey are you a shifter?" say: "yeah a master shifter! i shift whenever i want, and it's so easy!"
when you look in the mirror and your skin isn't clear, look closer and notice how it actually IS clearing up!
Neville said the “outer world” (3D) is a shadow of the inner imaginal world (4D). it always lags behind your inner state until the assumption is stable.
tldr: if you assume it's there, it's there. it's gonna show up because you assume it's there.
big vs small manifests:
i personally believe there is no difference between manifesting something as small as a headache or something as “big” as a house or a shift to Hogwarts. they’re the same. there are no big or small manifests, so get out of that mindset.
whether it’s “small” or “big,” you don’t need to figure out how. you only assume the wish fulfilled, feel it real, and let it be. and if you want it to unfold instantly, it will, because you have that power.
restaurant metaphor moment:
you don’t order food at a restaurant and then wonder which waiter’s gonna bring it, or how the chef’s making it, or what plate it’s coming on. you just order and then you know it’s coming. period.
manifesting is the same. you “order” it, therefore it’s yours. it will come. know that. again, your future self has it, so you will too, because you are the same person, nothing separates you.
want it to arrive faster? like i said before: align with the you that already has it. the 3D has no choice but to submit.
HOW do you do this? persist in the assumption that you’re already a master manifester, that your skin is clear, that you’re a master shifter, that shifting is easy-peasy for you. once you assume your desire is already real, it is.
"i don't need to worry or even think about it, i already am. it will come because it's guaranteed, because i already have it."
extra tip:
you don't only have to say it once! keep reminding yourself, because sometimes we doubt and that's okay. (you can even affirm using that! "even if i doubt, i know i'll get it." "what am i thinking? i already know i'm.." "LMAO dk why i'm doubting, i'm already")
but despite the doubts, you want what you want and just because of that desire to align with your desires, you will get it!
last bonus abt affirmations (SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!!)
IN MY OPINION, affirming is only useful when you feel. put emotions into it. anger, sadness, happiness, joy, gratefulness, put that into your words. charge them with emotional energy. words mean nothing unless they have actual emotion behind them.
the key is to feel and assume and therefore KNOW that you're in the state of the wish fulfilled.
say it once with full belief, or repeat until it feels natural but don’t do it mechanically (without emotion). do it to anchor the state.

You don't even "deal" with what you see in the 3d to wake up in the morning even if you have absolutely no proof or guarantee that you could wake up the next morning. You just assume you do. THEREFORE YOU DO!!
꒰୨୧◞ 。 𝓛ike genuinely you could be walking around in this physical 3d world right now assuming like you have decades of your life ahead of you and you don't care. You don't care what's being shown in the 3d to the point where you don't even think about it. How many choices have you had that is so ignorant towards your physical health, but you don't care because you just assume you'll still wake up the next morning? Drinking coca cola, getting a scraped knee, slipping on something and falling.

You don't have evidence that you're going to wake up the next morning, the 3d does not show you that. But if I were to ask you about it, I would just sound dumb or overly anxious and paranoid to you because.. Ofc you're going to wake up the next morning! You just are!!

Every time you get worried about not seeing results in the "3d", instead of thinking about it like a reflection, think about it like a projection.
A reflection shows you something in real time, your behaviour right back at you. You control your actions, and your reflection is just the mirror image of said actions. However, this analogy can quickly fall apart when someone is convinced that the 3d "mirrors" their assumptions... and they don't see their desires.
There is nothing wrong with you, only a limited perspective. Why don't you imagine the 3d as those old-timey projectors? The ones where you'd have to manually slide pieces of paper into it. Those slides are simply a list of your assumptions, and the 3d is projecting them for you.
When you manifest, you are simply writing a new list of assumptions for the 3d to project for you. Just because you still see the old assumptions, it doesn't mean that the new ones aren't there. In fact, they're in your hand, all you have to do is switch to the next slide.
