Bio: No prospects led to a shit job, and a shittier boss led to an early "death". Woke up the next day with his powers and started making it everybody else's problem.
Crimes: Aggravated Assault and Battery, Attempted Murder, Robbery, Destruction of Property Henry's body is, at it's core, a boiling mass of black liquid very, very reminiscent of burning hot asphalt. But thankfully, it remembers what a human body looks like so he doesn't have to worry about replicating what his hair used to look like or what color his eyes are supposed to be, even his fingerprints. You break the surface of his skin though and you'll only find sludge underneath. This substance is constantly generating, allowing him to throw amounts of it or discard pieces of himself at will. Harden his arm into a Hellboy style, stone gauntlet? Can do. Liquefy to get into a locked room? Possible. Even he doesn't know how hot he can make the tar. But the more he uses, the less mass he can pull from.
His superhero uniform, if you could call it that, is a black zip up hoodie, the sleeves pushed up to the elbows. A high viz, reflective tape striped vest. A red and blue flannel button up tied around his waist. White fingerless gloves, thin cotton things typically worn under work gloves to help with sweat build-up. And dark brown cargo pants tucked into dirty work boots.
