Belated 24 Hour Comic Party

Hey guys!  As you may or may not know, I ALWAYS participate in the 24 Hour Comic challenge (well, for the last four years, really).  This year, I had to postpone my attempt at it and it looks like a bunch of my @squarecitycomics friends had to as well.  So tomorrow starting at noon (though, I might start a little earlier) we’ll be on Hangouts streaming our work!  I’ll post a link here then where you can find us.

You all heard me chatting up our next anthology this weekend right?  Well, we are finally a GO!

Our third book is our most ambitious yet!  14 participats have come together to create a world where death is no longer the only option with the invention of a cure.  In 9 original stories, they tackle the effect of this drug on people and society as a whole.

The project will be running until October 21st.  Please take a look, back it if you can, and share it with everyone you know.  Enjoy!

Happy Canada Day! Canadian cartoonists, animators, musicians and comedians have been hugely influential to me, and I am happy to have this country as our upstairs neighbor. This patriotic chap is Cedric; he appeared in the charming Canadian television series The Raccoons (1985-1992).

Bonne fête du Canada! Je me laisse influencer profondement par les dessinateur/trices de presse, animateur/trices, musicien(ne)s et humoristes canadien(ne)s, et je suis heureux que ce pays soit notre voisin du dessus. Ce mec patriotique s’appelle Cedric; il passait à la télé dans la série d’animation canadienne charmante « Les ratons laveurs » (1985-1992).
