So I get home and this guy is updating me on all the happenings around the house. My back is turned away from him and he says oh and look at this thing! It's huge!!! So I realize there was a lot going on in the US with the hurricane and all, but I hope this was on the US news. Hundreds of thousands of people marched against terrorism in las ramblas thanking, hugging and kissing police officers. The prince and princess of Spain and the king of Catalan all paid their respects for the victims. The best of all, were the signs that also read "no islamaphobia". The biggest mistake is to pretend an entire race or religion is the same. There's bad grapes everywhere....but most are decent. This coupled with all the helping in Texas reminded me of the good in humanity. #🙌 (at Las Ramblas Barcelona)

Just arrived in Barcelona. Admittedly after watching the news it is concerning. However, being concerned and changing plans seems like it is letting terrorism win. So carry on then...fuck terrorism. On a side note. Watching the news makes it out to be something so scary and that people are so afraid and uncertain. I wish the news would interview the people who are standing strong and back on the streets and setting up memorials. Interviewing the scared and weak feeds the drama and the terror. You don't televise the naked people running onto the pitch...... (at Barcelona, Spain)

Nowadays we are so focused on the bad and what is wrong. I wanted to highlight the good. @delta flt 588 was great! Polite, kind and an overall exceptional experience. Well done delta.
