whilst on a sunrise shoot for a client,

the whales started breaching, 800m off Waubs Bay Bicheno Tasmania, they just cruised along, and, breached.....so I set up the little G15 on a tripod, pointed in that direction, and hit the shutter....

this is what happened next,

…we were about 18 hours into a 26 hr straight roadtrip to see and photograph HH Dalai Lama in Kungri. we stopped beside a river to let a car pass over the one lane suspension bridge. i got out with my camera. we were stopping for chai on the otherside in a tent village anyways. these local kids appeared from behind rocks, out of nowhere, and were very interested in my camera….
